Not so happy!

So I am really annoyed now. Not happy with it. I have it three stars cause I assume the water resistant part works well.

The FRE case should not diminish the volume of your iPhone 6/6s in any significant way. We are sorry that this is happening and we absolutely want to clear things up!
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
If you find the issue persists, please feel free to reach out to us at 1-888-533-0735, and we’ll be more than happy to set you up with a warranty claim for a replacement. You should give us a call either way so that we can get you a new headphone adaptor if that is what you lost.
