If you've had other Lifeproof cases before this is no different and just as good as those before it. The only downside is you MUST make sure that your charging cables are Apple Certified cables, as the opening for the charging port is only big enough for those cables.

hello, this is my 4th life proof case. case works great. However, i noticed the waterproof lining by the charging opening has gone missing. don't know how this happened as i only open it when i am going to charge it at night. i've had case for a couple of months. so waterproof is now gone.

not the best case, many people has it the best case, however not happy

I love the low profile of this case...not bulky like others I've tried. The only downside is that you need the headphone leash attachment to screw into the case to listen to headphones. If you don't have the adapter, you can't use your headphones, unless you take the phone out of the case.

Upon buying a new phone, I immediately wanted to protect it so I went to Best Buy to see if the store sold Lifetouch. I was happy to hear they did at a price lower than the internet. Knowing that I have had success with this brand name, I was happy to purchase it.

I purchased this case for my daughter to protect her IPhone. The case is very durable and has a protective cover over the front glass part of the phone. All in all I am happy with this phone case and I am confident it will protect her phone for a long time.

This case works as explained and is very durable but if I had to do it over again I probably would not have purchased. Without headphones in the sound is really muffled and when on a phone call it's really hard to hear people.

2 things I don't like is , I can't hear well and not sure if it has to do with the cover. Also where the charger plug goes in, thinner material is starting to shred there already. Was nice the sales guy put in on phone for me

The case itself is slim and easy to manage. Water seal holds well. I have had the phone in a pool and while fishing with no problems. Only issue comes when using headphones. The adapter works but is inconvenient to work with.

Color gets dirty too quick & case is hard to open up or take off

This is the second LifeProof case I purchased for this phone. The case provides good protection, but the plastic piece around the switch that puts the iPhone in silent mode or ringer broke on the last LifeProof case I had.

Case works well and is not as bulky as otter box cases. It is durable and protects phone quite well. Drawbacks are only fits apple chargers and to use headphones adapter has to be used (adapter is provides but you have to keep up with not only headphones but also the adapter).

I bought this cover thinking it would be similar to my first LifeProof case. It was not. The fitting was ok at best. I returned in and bought another case. Buy this case, but keep the receipt. You may need to return it.

Better than the previous version of the case for older phones, over priced for the quality of the screen protector. Static cling on the inside and the smudges on the outside are extremely difficult to clear/clean.

Bought this after my wife had to buy a replacement phone because of syrup and other gunk getting into her phone. Only downside is that there is a noticeable gap between the screen and built in screen protector.

Love life proof actually my second one, this is great but I just don't like that the accessories are all proprietary meaning the windshield holder and side clip can only be used with their respective cases not interchangeable with other life proof cases

I purchased the phone case for my daughter as she is very tough on her phone i.e. drops, water, etc. It is the perfect product for her everyday use of her phone. The Best Buy professionals did a great job understanding my needs. It was a great experience!

This is a cumbersome case. It really doesn't serve as a good everyday iPhone case. The sound on phone calls is muffled. The headphone jack is more difficult to use.

Purchased with case for my daughter who will be heading to college Fall 2017. Her older brother also has this case for his phone. The case is a bit heavier because of the extra power, but he said the weight is worth the extra battery life.

it is easy to use and works well so far I always liked canon and this is another efficient and easy to use product. BTW the review protocol makes me write a minimum here. I really just wanted to say its nice and hasn't broken down yet.
