bought it for my daughter who is careless with her phone, rated as average as the case broke when a kid at school bumped into her and it broke part of the case. phone ok, but case only lasted for few days.

This is my 3rd life proof for my 6s and life proof remade then to fit but it still doesn't click all the one on top like it should. Love it for in case it gets splashed but definitely wouldn't take it swimming.

This case is OK. I haven't had any serious trauma to phone yet so not sure how protective it is. One thing--it would be nice if the plastic front came off like on the Otters. I know it woudn't be life proof w/o the plastic on but still would be nice.

Every iphone I buy, I buy a Lifeproof case along with it, so the iphone is never not wearing it, other than the 2 minutes of unboxing it from the package into the LifeProof case. This keeps all iphones in *perfect* physical condition.

I only bought this case for my wife because I had rewards certificates expiring. It is overpriced and the mute button/cover broke after a short period of time. I recommend an Otterbox Defender case if you need good protection if you drop your phone a lot, but recommend removing the plastic screen and installing a different "glass" screen protector. My teenagers have used dual layer cases (Incipio) with success protecting from drops, so there are more economical cases available.

This case is very light weight, seems durable, but it really doesn't seem to be worth the money.The ringer on/off button is really hard to maneuver thereby, preventing easy access to ringer volume.

This is actually my second Lifeproof case. While the external button that controls the ringer/vibe did give out after about 18 months, I was quite satisfied with its performance overall that I purchased a replacement (on sale!).

This is the 2nd phone for me that has a Life Proof case. Both phones are in the hands of teenagers and get a workout. So far so good. The only issue with a 5S; it muffled the users voice if they did not hold the phone precisely. No issues with 6S.

Love to purchase cases from Best Buy!! Have made purchases on line through other top websites such as amazon and eBay and the cases were very poorly made and did not last long. Always the real thing at Best Buy and great prices!!

I have used Lifeproof cases before so I wanted one for my Iphone 6s. Only a couple complaints--the rainbow effect between the screen and case cover gets annoying, and the charge port cover is hard to remove sometimes. Other than that, I really like it.

I loved the product color scheme. However, unlike my previous life proof with a black color scheme. I could not see my screen with my polarized lense without holding the phone side ways I learned. Hmmm

All of the lifeproofs have eventually had issues with sound quality, in my opinion, but this one has had issues from day 1. I have to let my phone breathe every now and then and check on my phone.

Good case, but it is on the pricey side. Within 2 weeks it is no longer water proof because pieces haven fallen off. However, it does hold up great to drops and there is a wide range of colors.

We looked around everywhere for the life proof box that was on sale online for 39.99 and couldn't find it so we just decided to pay the 79.99. When we got to the register the boy said I think this is I sale online so they matched it.

So, I found this product amazing and would have kept it....but...I know this is probably a personal flaw- but I kept chipping my thumb nail when trying to open the cable port. It was small, but consistently inconvenient and bothersome.

This is my second lifeproof case, was happy with the performance of the case, and love real tree so.... 4 stars due to life span, around a year old, one of the button covers broke off , lasted almost another year but then just fell apart

This case is pretty good for protecting your phone. Sometimes it's an inconvenience to plug in head phones depending on the type of head phones.

I had seen this item cheaper at another store so when I mentioned it to sales person he quickly went online, found it cheaper and gave us the lower price. Best Buy had products and good selection but don't like the car sales aroach

This case protected my phone from water but when the screen got wet (splashed) I was unable to use the touch screen. I had to dry the screen before I could take a picture above water.

This is an excellent product. It's actually my second time purchasing it. I had one for my iPhone 5. The only issue I had with the previous one was that the belt clip would break after approximately 3-4 months usage.
