We’re sorry that the screen protector on this FRE case is not meeting your expectations and that there is an audio problem. Of course, a slight degradation of sound can be expected when a speaker is covered in a case, but this impact should be minimal.
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

They are awesome products but this most recent one that I've purchased won't close all the way. The corner pops open and doesn't shut so it isn't waterproof anymore. My mom has the same one and hers is just fine so I would still recommend this product. Just make sure to keep a receipt in case the iPhone case malfunctions so you can get a replacement.
