I purchased the case and returned it because I didn't think it would provide me with protection I needed for accidentally drops and falls. It's not a bad case it just wasn't right for what I needed it for.

When I first purchased this item, the employee got me the wrong cast (gave me an iphone 5s case, not the 6) so I had to go back and get the right case. Was a bit of a hassle but the folks were very nice about it. The case itself was just okay. The screen protector wasn't flush to the screen so that when I text, there was a clicky sound that drove me bonkers. I contacted Lifeproof and the sent me another case, but it does the same thing!! If something like that does not bother you, then this is a great case, but I am somewhat particular about cases and couldn't deal with it Lmao

My husband loves this case, however I am not sure if it is blocking some of the microphone. Whenever I speak with him, his voice is muted and distant. The case is secure and works as intended.

The case is super cute but the sound quality on the lifeproof case is terrible!!!! When I talk to people, they can't hear me and I can't hear them

I bought this case for a trip to the keys and was sad to learn after a bit of testing in the pool, clicking on the volume buttons made water get in the case and it didn't fully close.

The intent is good... Execution... not so much... The case is not sensitive enough to capture the fingerprint. The screen did not allow my phone to respond. The phone appeared to be frozen.

It only took 14 months for the last one to start to fall apart. I would hope for the money it would last longer than that, but my wife likes the case. We shall see how this one goes.

Loved the case but the cord broke within a few months of very normal use. Bought another Lifeproof case because I liked it so much. Crossing my fingers that the cord has been improved!

seem to be having issues with The screen protector on this case for some reason 50% of the time my phone won't respond to my touch

So after finding out that my daughters case didn't protect in the water, I put mines in the since today and sure enough, it's got water in all the holes. Maybe I miss understood?

I like the durability of Lifeproof but this is the first time I've bought one & can not hear the caller on my phone well. It's very muffled & not the same quality I've gotten on previous lifeproof cases. I'm very disappointed because I will have to alter the earpiece on the case to see better which will void the warranty. I won't buy another lifeproof until they improve the quality back to what it once was.

Decrease the reception of the cellular signal and change the clarity of the voice. Needs to be pressed hard the screen to obtain response of the phone when try to write a text.

Love the cover, as it protects the phone but people have a though time hearing me and often hang up thinking there is no one there.

I use to be a strong believer in lifeproof products, but they have broken on me too easily. I just got a new phone and I don't plan on buying another one for my new phone.

The case is a good case as I have had one before this one. The only problem I have is when I put it on my phone and snapped it together a small comer piece broke off

Being in and out of the pool all summer long, it didn't make it through the whole summer without my phone getting wet. Still a good case for everyday normal use.

We got a little bit of leakage on the 3rd day of snorkeling but looking at the pictures after we got home from vacation was worth the day of my phone drying out.

Not a good box for the person on the other end of your call to hear you. Sounds like you are in a tunnel, very muffled.

This version of the Lifeproof iPhone case isn't as good as the Lifeproof NUUD case. I dislike the screen protector.

I am not sure if this was the entire problem but a few days after having the case my daughters phone has gotten warm outside in the Texas weather. My daughter brought the phone inside and plugged in her charger. When she went back to get her phone it was incredibly hot and had bent from the heat and the phone stopped working. I read later that these cases don't let your phone breathe and when they get hot it can cause a phone that may have been able to cool off to burn up.
