Bought this for a cruise and it never seemed to fully lock on the phone. Did a wet test and it seemed to work. But used it for a day, barely summurged it a few inches for only a few picture (5 seconds max) and there was water in the case. Luckily my phone was okay but I'm very disappointed in this product. Maybe good for light spills over the phone and dust but don't purchase if you need a truly waterproof case.

Good price, but not for me

I was very disappointed because after the incident, I contacted the guarantee department via online and they made me oh $5.50 to get a new one . However they don't recognize that your phone does not work and you have to purchase a new one... I don't recommend this item, honestly

Worst Mistake

When I first bought it I did the leak test that the packaging said to do and it passed. Then when I went to take some underwater pool pictures, the water got in and completely ruined my phone. I would not recommend this case to anyone because they will cost you not only the price of the case but also the price of a new phone.

Not Necessarily Waterproof
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased based on claim that case is “waterproof.” This is not so from our experience, despite carefully putting the case on and making sure that the rubber seal was in place, and all parts were securely fastened. After having water leak into the phone case twice, we could not take the chance again. Double bagging the phone with 2 layers of ziploc bags proved to be the way to go for waterproofing the phone.

Did not work at all

Needless to say the waterproof test that I had to do prior to putting the case on worked fine. No water got inside of the case at all. But the very first time my phone got wet while at the beach was all it took. Water got inside of the case partially filling the case. Needless to say I had to buy a new iPhone. I do not recommend this case to anyone.
