light yet durable, water proof, drop proof, 1 year warranty, slim design

Bought this for my daughter, less than a week later the screen is so scratched that it's almost unusable.

Case tore up afte one week, lost receipts so threw it away. Peeled and leaked

I have owned, and liked, a different Lifeproof case in the past, so when I needed to replace it, I bought this one. Unfortunately, the case would not engage the volume off and on switch. I took it back and tried another, but i had the same problem. I had to change to a different brand ( Otterbox Defender) and have had no problems since.

I bought this for myself and the bottom piece broke which was disappointing

Product worked well for a few times taking pictures while swimming but eventually failed and almost ruined an Iphone 6 after the case got barely wet while in a water proof bag that was barely submerged. Luckily a few days later the phone did come back to life. Great case but do not trust the "water proof" part of this product.

Sound is muffled with this case, very difficult to hear.

Overall the case was bulky and it had a cover on the charger port that made me not a fan

Not a good product. I bought three and two of them are coming apart within 3 months.

This product was on sale on the bestbuy website. I picked it up in stores and after a month the top of the case will not fully lock. I am trying to get a new one from LifeProof.

I recently purchased this case. My phone started acting up and cycling on and off. I went to the Apple Store no they said it was because I got moisture in my phone. For the life of me I don't know how that happened. Regardless, I would definitely not recommend this case to protect your phone. Very disappointed.

Let water and on the test returned it got a new one still not fitting correctly I dropped it and the whole case came apart. So I haven't trusted it to put it in water . I've been told this is very rare and most people have never seen a life proof case that isn't awesome but unfortunately not my experience .

Can't use thumbprint I'd to open the phone. It does good other than that.

We purchased three of these one for each phone unfortunately one leaked one broke the little piece broke off where you plug in to charge and the other one doesn't seem to fit right I actually dropped my phone and it came apart and opened up obviously I haven't tried putting it in water Since then. :(

Didn't fit the 6s. Unit would not seal properly around the iPhone 6s.

Haven't had it a month yet battery cover is coming off taking it back

Don't buy this product!!!!.We followed the instructions before use it but it didn't work . My iphone was damaged with water and I have to buy a new one . Also they have the worst customer service , they don't reimbursed you in cash , they offer give you a new case which not work .

On the volume on of crack and water go in the phone

After dunkin several iphones while boating I decided to try waterproof. The Lifeproof not only is sleek and logical design but they stand behind their products. after a time, the charger door on mine was loose and I worried that the water seal would not be tight enough. I called their customer service on a Saturday morning 8 months later, they asked for a serial # and sent me a replacement. The CS rep (Madailene?) was excellent and polite. I would buy another in a heart beat.
