I bought this case thinking it was water proof. Well idk what happen cause water went into the case. I did the little test the instructions tell you before putting in your phone. It worked, I guess after dropping my phone a few times It loosened. So just beware.

I am a big fan of Lifeproof but the one for the iPhone 6/6s is awful!! Had to return it 3 times for defects and my last one again is defective. The case keeps separating and the rubber lifts off the case ruining the "waterproof" seal. I wouldn't waste your money on this.

Not waterproof proof had to get it warrantied out.

Bought less than 2 months ago - already falling apart

I was sent the wrong color then it recently broke.

I bought this just before vacation. Tested it as recommended and it still failed. I was snorkeling, so floating on the surface of the water 1-2 feet max, and the case flooded and destroyed my phone. Mind you the product says "waterproof to 30 feet".

This case was not a good purchase as it broke and I had to exchange. It also bent my phone which Lifeproof will do nothing about

My first wouldn't allow to turn the volume on and off so it was replaced. Still didn't work well. This case has not held up like previous purchases. After a year I doubt it is water proof anymore. Seems like an off year for a normally good product.

It looks as if there is a large air bubble underneath the screen protector and difficult to see the screen. I have taken it off and cleaned with cloth provided and it does not help. Very dissatisfied with this purchase .

After doing the 30 minute waterproof test as suggested, I installed my iPhone 6s into the case. On the second time taking the phone with case into the pool, the case leaked and ruined my phone.

I got this case fir an iphone 6. It was supposed to protect the phone screen from surviving falls from up to 3 ft. My son drop it from 2 feet and the screen broke. Not happy about this product.

Case wasn't the best I've ever had, didn't like the feel and how the screen was, also the shipping with it was all messed up and the box was all dented up. Not happy with the outcome of everything

I got the case in the mail and it looked like it had been dragged across asphalt. Extremely aggravated and now the store won't take it back. Plus it took about 3-4 weeks to be delivered to me..

I have had nothing but problems with this case. Not only can no one hear me, I can't hear anyone on the receiving end. The case also scratches very easily. Never again! A waste of money!

I just received my new LifeProof iPhone 6S case, and it is very very impressive. The case is very compact, well constructed, and my iPhone 6S fits in very nicely even with a glass tempered screen protector still in tact. Even the 3D touch works through this amazing LifeProof case so I feel extra secure on the front side. As I also owned a LifeProof iPhone 5S case in the past, I want to take this occasion to pass along outstanding customer support from LifeProof. For example, when my original iPhone 5S case from LifeProof encountered an issue after using it for a while, I called Lifeproof customer support, explained the defect still under warranty coverage, and after verifying my original purchase order and the serial # for the LifeProof case, the customer representative promptly processed my replacement request. As a totally blind iPhone user, it would have been difficulty for me to take a picture of an exact spot of the damaged case without a sighted assistance, so I explained this to the representative and without hesitation, the customer representative from LifeProof proceeded to replace my defective case still under warranty. This shows that LifeProof customer support is empowered with spirit of helping the customer in all situations! So it is my utmost pleasure to do business with LifeProof even for my new case for iPhone 6S that is working out extremely well!

Not pleased at all with the quality of this item. It has been used for just a short time and it looks horrible. The rubber is peeling off the case. Too much to pay for this poor quality.

It worked well for a couple of months. The case protected my phone from a couple of two-foot drops on hardwood. I had initally given the case a good review, but now, not so much.

I barely dropped my phone. Case did not protect it. Screen shattered and life proof said case must be defective. They are sending me 2 new cases. But still doesn't cover phone.

The Cases from life proof are getting better and this is a perfect example. Water tested passed perfectly. Built solid and phone fits snug allowing perfect use of the buttons and the fingerprint scanner. Price is a little high but you get what you pay for and the warranty is nice.

Got this case less than 3 weeks ago and the small part of the case where the lightning cable plugs into the IPhone broke. It's very sensitive. Not a happy camper here.
