I have heard so much about these cases, I decided to try it. I have had this case for 2 months but have only used it for 2 weeks now. I have to say I will never believe the hype! Although it fits perfectly and really looks nice! Their seems to be moisture already in the phone! I can see the top have a little rainbow effect and stick to my phone. And have literally watched a piece of lint some how get on my screen while the case was on! I don't trust this case if I could return it I definitely would!

When all the other cases came along promising waterproof, dirtproof, snowproof and dropproof...I stayed loyal to Lifeproof! However, I noticed that since they have changed the product to accomodate the finger touch system that the quality has deminished. I am careful with my phone but one drop and I have a crack in my phone. Dropproof no more! And the waterproof promise, with the old versions, I used to be able to take my phone to the beach and swim with it. This has not been the case with the newer versions, I have not even taken it under water because above water when my dog just splashes the phone - water accumulates inside. Disappointed!

I purchased this case along with another for my wife. Both cases have the same issues. You can't hear the other person thru the ear piece, it buzzes and the other person can't hear you if you're using this case. When either of us are using the speaker phone option on our cell no one can hear us. I tried to return in it, but I forgot Best Buy changed their return policy, it's now "15 days on almost everything" if you're a regular customer. With prices going up and their return policy so short, I don't purchase much their anymore.

highly overpriced for a case that doesn't perform very well. The edges of the case don't snap on very well and leaves it prone to everything it "protects against".

pretty case but ours let in water even after water test was done! phone was not covered for repair $387 - should state on packaging!!! very deceiving had always used liifeproof but to have this happen while abroad and thought had phone covered very upsetting!!!

I purchased the life proof case for water protection, and in the first week it got a split on the part where you can turn your ringer on and off. Friends of mine then tell me that it is a common problem, and it happened to them a couple years ago. For such an expensive case, you would expect them to fix this problem.

I bought this case based on the reviews, but although it looks sturdy and tough, the silent switch is tearing on the first day! I'm going to return it today.

Having had life proof cases before, i decided to order another for my iphone 6; however I've only had it for a month and the case already broke.

I have owned two of these cases and the plastic protecting the flash has melted on both of them. I was lucky enough to notice the first time but the second time it happened i found out after my son accidentally jumped in the pool while the phone was in his pocket. The water poured through the broken lens cover and ruined the phone. Do not purchase this product if you need a water resistant case !

I bought for protection. Couldn't stand the sound of the earbuds.
