The life proof case is probably the best case for the money. This one has no problems with the volume and is not thick or bulky

I've had Lifeproof cases on several phones; this one was just as good as the others have been. Having total protection on all sides of the phone, as well as the charging port, is good for someone who takes his/her phone into dusty/dirty/wet conditions; it's one less thing to worry about with your new, expensive device! Touching the screen works fine without increasing the sensitivity, the power and volume rocker buttons work just right.

The case itself was great. Kept me phone safe. The clear part that goes over the screen was bad. It kept sticking in certain parts and making it hard to read the screen at times and there was nothing I could do to fix it. I tried cleaning the screen of my phone and the inside of the screen protector and nothing worked. Ended up getting a new case and screen protector.

I liked the security if the case. I believe it is a bit too much for my everyday use. Callers have a hard time hearing me through the case with the charge flap security. The bulk the case added to the phone made the phone harder to carry in some side pockets the previous cases allowed. I will certainly use the case for hikes and beach trips. Overall it is a good case if you are protecting your phone from harsh environments.

Lifeproof cases get more and more expensive. They tend to hold up but I will not buy another.

Gives true 360 protection. Waterproof. However can make the screen feel hard to press.

The last Lifeproof case I owned had regular complaints they couldn’t understand me when the phone was in speaker mode. It was distorted so much I couldn’t use speaker mode. It was affected only by the listener. I could hear them just fine. I don’t seem to have that same issue. It is a little hard to hear the caller in speaker mode now but I’m still working to see if it’s the callers phone or my case.

Case look good and my phone is protected. The case is light and very easy to carry.

Once I realized that the switch for the "Ringer/Silence" was a toggle switch and not a sliding switch eeverything worked just fine. The instructions that came with the case do not explain well how to open the door to charge the phone. Once I found out how to do it - all was OK. I've dropped my iPhone XS twice so far and no damage was done to the phone. It is well worth the extra $ for it.
