Speaker is not working properly

After 2 days with the case we noticed her speaker is blown. I'm not sure if the case did something but I will be really think about purchasing another one if needed.

So I got one for my iPhone 6, and the only thing I dislike is that it is so hard to turn the phone to vibrate. Other than that it's a great case. Please find a way to fix the ringer/ vibrate button.
