The first one I bought did not close all the way on all sides so I had to return it. The second one I got lasted about 2 weeks then stopped charging my phone or the case. I'm calling for the warranty tomorrow lets see if number 3 works. When it did work for 2 weeks it was great!

This case is expensive...but it is worth it. The protection from the elements and the extra battery life helps my husband stay connected when working 18 hour days.

I read many reviews about the LifeProof - Fre Power External Battery Case before I decided to buy it. Reviews on Amazon give it 2 to 3 stars so I was skeptical but I wanted to give it a try. I did the water-proof-test which worked out successfully. Then I took pictures in the pool at a depth of 2 to 3 feet. The phone was never longer under water than 60 seconds straight. The first day it worked out great. The second day in the pool the phone was acting weird, meaning it didn't react properly. After a minute I took the phone out of the pool, and then out of the cover. The phone was wet on the back side!! From that moment on the battery didn't charge anymore, rendering the whole case obsolete. So the case worked for a bit, but on long term isn't reliable. There is nothing to add.

I had a lifeproof with battery before and loved it. I was simply replacing an excellent product with the same thing. What better review could this product have!!

Works great! It's a lot better than having to wait for your phone to charge. With this you can just keep doing what you need to with a simple push of a button.

Bought this originally a few months ago. After a bit, the case stopped be able to recharge when plugged into its power cord. Customer service by the manufacturer is outstanding though, and a warranty replacement was sent out quickly. Had to pay a $4.99 shipping fee for the replacement case which is a bit of a drag, but not the end of the world.

The Lifeproof power case is great! It doesn't add much to the overall thickness of the phone, or weight. and having a full charge with you all the time is nice.

The ability to fully charge my iPhone after heavy use is great. The new design is nice, a little lighter, and the extra protection this provides is a great plus.

Love the way it feels in my hand, a little heavier than is like but kind of what you expect with the extra battery.

Only waterproof battery case on the market. I love it.

So far the charger appears to be working properly, but we'll have to wait to see how the case itself holds up... I am not typically a fan, as we have had 5 in our household that have broke or otherwise not served their purpose. In fact, just bought another that came without a face cover and broke (in less than 2 weeks). Disappointing!

Love this case. No issues at all. I use the phone outside all the time and now I don’t have to worry about water damage or it getting cracked.

The case holds up to all I can do to it during daily use on Construction site and extra power supply is great not to have to run to connect during the day

I’ve had two of these. Works as it’s supposed to, good protection for a time.... After 4-5 months the fingerprint scan film comes off. And after about 9-10 months the case starts to fall apart. Also the back-up battery starts to fade around this time.

Lifeproof makes some of the best highest quality cases. This one is no different. Moving to third world country where power is intermittent so this is a must.
