Sometimes simply removing the phone and then reinstalling it into the case will line up that switch properly and get it working as it should. Doesn't Charge

Called Lifeproff and they sent a replacement. That worked for about 2 weeks then it started doing the same thing. I am now using the regular otter box case and returned this case.

I double checked to make sure the case was snug and completely closed before taking it in the ocean but it still leaked! I didn’t realize it had leaked and killed my phone until it was too late. Had to purchase a replacement phone while on vacation. I’ll never buy another Lifeproof product!

No more issues with the door or headset connector. Water proof. Good battery. And offers great protection. Still feels smaller than some other cases and those don't offer battery.
