This price tag really makes this product not worth it. With muffled audio and sticky side buttons as well. The charge doesn't last as long and think it has fried my regular battery life.

I bought this for my daughter to use on her school trip so her phone wouldn’t die. It worked ok got her thru it but her phone did run out of battery juice twice at the end of the day before the chance to recharge.

This case is awesome because you can have screen proctector and also still use the case without problem with the touch screen.

Overall design of the case is good but I have extreme trouble getting the battery to charge all the way. The charging cord sometimes charges and sometimes doesn't. There are even times when it just flashes off and on, off and on and it is completely frustrating . When the phone and the extra battery is charged correctly it is a lifesaver and is the whole reason why I bought this case. I also have frequent problems getting the case to snap back on because of this then ring that goes around the inside of the case. I really would like to get an even exchange and try out another case to see if this particular case has a defect .

Bought it as a gift for my friend and they love it. For those who travel or have outdoor environments would work great!

It is a nice case, would recommend to someone else. Second one of these. the first one failed after a year though.

I liked this case but had to return it. The case wouldn't close all the way.Best Buy pulled a number of cases and they all were the same,so it was a flaw in the cases not their fault. I received a full refund.

Can't beat this case it has been subjected to many conditions already without any damage to case or phone.

Charge functionality works pretty well. However, the case is clunky and I can not use the mute/unmute button. Probably not worth the price paid unless you plan to take it underwater frequently.

The case is wonderful; however the battery that is supposed to be used as an EXTRA battery, does not function properly. The phone has to be constantly charged as if no additional battery was Even there.

We have bought these with each phone purchase. Can drop it and the phone is fine and charges when needed.

My wife and I bought this for our son since he was always running out of battery. No more excuses now.
