      We are really sorry that this FRE Power case leaked and that your iPhone 6/6s sustained some damage. We realize just how frustrating a damaged phone can be and completely understand your disappointment. Protecting your device is our highest purpose, and although we put extensive resources toward this end, we are unable to guarantee an incident-free outcome in every situation. We do hope that you water tested this FRE Power before you put your phone inside the case. As you know, your phone is beyond the limitations of our warranty, however, we would very much like to offer you a new LifeProof case since this one leaked.       Thanks for your candid feedback! True, the FRE Power does use a USB cable to charge both the case and phone. We are sorry that it is muffling the sound from your iPhone 6/6s. Of course, a slight degradation of sound can be expected when a speaker is covered in a case, but this impact should be minimal.

      Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
