We had to create a specific cable that would charge both the case and the iPhone while in the case. The sound issue is odd and if you find that this problem continues please give us a call and we will gladly clear things up in any way that we can. Great phone case for the farm

It's the reason I haven't upgraded phones. This case protects my phone when I'm in the field. It also allows me to charge my phone without caring a charger on the tractor. I will continue to use this case until my phone quits working.
