I was looking into a battery case to have a backup battery for my iPhone 6s Plus. Lifeproofs FRE POWER was the perfect back up battery that I found for iPhone. If they only made it as thin as the NUUD, that would give it a 5 star rating. The case is bulky and heavy when compared to the NUUD. But overall, having that extra battery pack is what it's for and it does the job.

The fit is off, the weight is quite excessive and the product doesn't even work well. If I'm paying almost $200 for an Extended Battery/Lifeproof Case, I except an superior product. This however, is not the case. The product doesn't turn on/off when the buttons are pressed as instructed, the iPhone 6s Plus battery dies rather fast while in the case, the product becomes extremely hot during idle charging and the syncing functionality doesn't work AT ALL with iTunes. Save your time and money, this is a complete waste!!! Back to Destiny USA Best Buy for this product. I guess price tags mean nothing these days!

Charging fails. Cumbersome to open and close. Volume button is a challenge. Protection/handling while use is good. Viewing is not as clear.

obsoletely one case excellent. I am very happy with this product. totally recommended. I work in construction and I don't have any problem. or concern with my phone. in my opinion is one of the best products and bought

Good case. Case protects phone from drops which I dropped a couple of time and it is waterproof. It is a little heavy and a little bulky, but its the also a battery backup so its understandable. Also, its a great battery back up.

The case is very bulky and heavy and adds more to the already big size of the 6 plus. However it's supposed to be waterproof and heavy duty in protection so it's only natural. The first time I got it, the battery wouldn't charge fully and the cable was kind of loose. Also the headphone plug that came with it didn't pass through the audio very well. I went back and switched with a new one and all those problems went away, apparently it was a bad case. I've had the case for about a month now and it still looks brand new. I've taken it with me to the desert and heat of Las Vegas and a little pool incursion while there and had no problems. Flew to Japan and the muggy heat and some of the elements so not too bad either. I've dropped the case a couple times and no scuff marks yet so the case is very rugged and well built. Barring the initial experience the case does what it's advertised to do and the battery is awesome so you don't have to lug a battery pack while playing Pokemon or some other game.

This is a good strong case. It make the phone a bit bigger and a bit heaver, but it is worth it for the protection from water, dropping, and you get double the battery life between charges. This is not a slim cute for show case. It is built to protect. Con: the plastic over the fingerprint may make it hard to read your fingerprint, but if you deleteand re do your print it works fine.

I've used this case non stop since I've gotten it. It's a great case. It does add bulk but I've been able to deal with it. It charges my phone 70-90% depending on how heavily im using it. Waterproof works as advertised. The reason I took off a star is 2 reasons. 1) it takes a really long time to charge the case and phone together. It's better to charge them separate which I understand. 2) the most annoying thing is the screen protector. Oil slick marks constantly on the screen which makes it really annoying to look at. But other than that, everything is fine. I can hear people during phone calls fine. They don't have an issue hearing me from their end as well. It's the perfect case of its kind.

Love the protection, waterproof and extra battery life it provides for my phone Dislike the power cord to charge phone & case, it doesn't lock into the case to ensure charging. So if you're not careful phone & case will not charge if not connected correctly.

I don’t use this all the time because it is so big and bulky. However, if the power goes out then you don’t have to worry about your phone dying since it helps charge it. I’m hanging on to that for that sole reason.

For the most part it is good, however I dropped my phone from about waist level and my screen still cracked (small crack) but the additional battery to the case has been helpful when you don't have an extra external battery for charges. The downside is the size, it is very large and I do not have a carrying case to go along with it, so it just sits in my back pocket or I hold it as I walk. It is a little hard to truly review this because on one hand it is convenient for charging and basic protection... but on the other hand the protection did not stop my phone from cracking on the front.

I bought this before heading off on a mission trip in Africa. I had a life proof case for my 5s which I liked very well. The addition of a battery pack really appealed to me, especially since the battery in my 6s Plus rarely lasted a day if it didn't spend at least some time plugged in. This is a high-quality product that will well protect your phone. However, I have two issues with it: My 5s case was a "faceless" case, in that it had a seal around the face of the phone and didn't have a plastic screen. Yes, this does leave the face of the phone exposed to potential damage (even though the edge of the case is raised to protect the screen from most damage in a drop), but I find the plastic protection screen off-putting, giving the overall look a very cheap and low-quality look and feel. It does not interfere with operation at all, however, except that it is sometimes difficult to read the screen in certain light. Secondly, this is a BIG case. To offer this level of protection and backup power for a device that is already large doesn't leave much room for design choices, and I don't fault Lifeproof for their efforts at all. You just need to know that it adds considerably to the dimensions of the phone and will make it difficult, if not impossible, to carry in your pocket. If you need the protection and power, however, this is the best case on the market. The only thing I would like is a "faceless" version.

I was excited to receive this case, works very well and is more durable than I expected, charges phone very quick when battery is low, would recommend this case to anyone especially those who are on the phone a lot, haven’t had any issues with it at all, I work outdoors all day/night and phone lasts me a lot longer than before I had the case, sound quality is way better than the nuud case, it’s a bummer I haven’t seen these cases on the shelf

The case works good for what it is I took 1 star off for the screen protector had a bit of a gap between it and the glass screen had to put 7 straps of paper behind the iphone to push it up tire to the screen protector then 1/2 star for the case sound was horrible I had to open port flaps on bottom for people to hear me talk and then a half star for the case scratches easily other wise it was a nice case the battery part worked great

Purchased this case due to battery dying while outdoors. This case is definitely a life saver. Full charge and protects from any damage.

I have been happy with this. It is really waterproof. It provides great protection and great extra battery life. The only complaint is you have to use a micro USB cord to charge it. It makes no since not to use a lightning connector for an Apple phone case.

i purchased this due to going on a long work trip overseas. My criteria, first and foremost was that the battery would give me at least one additional full charge. That immediately disqualified the Mophie. I love the fact that it is completely waterproof, but the case makes the phone unnecessarily big around the sides. I don't mind the thickness, as it does have to house the battery, but once in the case, the phone is so big that I struggle to want to use it. On the same day, I purchased Lifeproof Fre' cases for my children and wife, and those work extremely well. I would recommend the case to anyone needing the additional battery, and some protection, but for my purposes, the size makes it such that an external battery would be just as good.

So far the case with the battery has been working very well. It is prototecting the phone and charging the phone. The only drawback that I see is that the case makes it very heavy to carry. The phone is already large and it's now larger. Otherwise it is working as it should.

A good waterproof case with the battery built in. This eliminates carrying extra battery chargers and cables. I have had this for at least 3 months and no problems. Feels a bit bulkier and heavier but that is due to the extra battery.
