The case isn't completely waterproof. Dropped it in a cooler and water got through into the phone. Also the charger case didn't always charge itself. I'm on my third case because I've already sent two back to Lifeproof and I've still had the same problems.

This $129.99 "life proof" case was the cause of the ruining of my iphone6. I accidentally dropped it in water and as I scooped it up, it had filled with water already (maybe15 sec.). It had come unsnapped somehow. Don't trust this case with your phone!!!!!

When considering most people get new phones about every 2-3 years, I wouldn't spend $130 on this case. I purchased it via LifeProof during Christmas at 40% off & it's still not worth it. It's very bulky, heavy, & the fre screen is difficult to use. No matter how many times I tried to install the phone, there was still the trampoline effect between the protective screen & phone. It's so heavy & thick! Plus it uses it's on charge chord & not the lightning chord. Can't use any lightning adapters. It just costs way too much & doesn't offer the features I was looking for. I may possibly consider if it was a Nuud, but I still feel it's way overpriced. Would not recommend!

Bought for 16 year old son & he Would like to return. Wouldn't buy again since can't use iPhone cable to charge. Also super bulky & heavy.

Tough, dependable, and convenient. One thing you should know is, make sure you are using the correct charger and not just any charger.

Bought this before going on vacation. Used my phone in the water & water leaked into my Phone and ruined it.

It's a good case but recently I dropped it in water and water went into my phone. I guess it really isn't waterproof...

The charger in the case worked well but the case leaked and ruined my sons phone. It was actually his second case cause the first one didn't seal properly in the store.

I'm not a huge fan of battery cases, and I want to like the Lifeproof and Fre cases. However, this case is excellent. It is well made, comfortable to hold, the battery charges fast, the touch screen is responsive, the fingerprint sensor works fine, and the case just looks good. Sure, it adds some bulk, but no more than many other ultra-protective or battery cases. It'll still fit in a hip pocket. What makes this case the best Lifeproof case ever is that you can use ANY micro USB cable to charge it! Up until now, you could only use the Apple proprietary cable and a few others to charge Lifeproof cases, and it is extremely frustrating Lifeproof probably will not offer a Lightning cable adapter for the 6. By contrast, I've tried several different USB cables of all kinds with the Fre Power; and every single one worked. It makes charging as easy as with any other case. No, this is not a cheap case. However, if you were to buy a good case, a quality screen protector and external battery, you wouldn't spend much less than what you would on this case, which gives you all three. Unconditionally recommended.

My phone began to malfunction as soon as I started using the battery in the case. This was a waste of $. I had to replace my phone.

Every iPhone I have had always had a Mophie case because it was the best out there until now! I bought a Mophie case for iPhone 6 and didn't like it so I took it back and waited for something different. I have used life proof cases in the past but there were sound quality issues that I didn't like. Well I was searching online and noticed Best Buy had the new Lifeproof battery cases in stock. I quickly went to go pick one up. By far this is the best Lifeproof case they have made to date. It doesn't feel cheaply made sound quality is really good charges fairly quickly and it's got the 4 proofs!! When your phone is charged up 100% the case automatically stops charging your phone unlike the Mophie case you need to slide a switch. This is a must have for every iPhone 6 user who uses their phone a lot!! It's well worth spending the extra money on it!!

Ive had this case for iphone 6 and now the iphone 6s my phone never dies, i use it inthe shower, rain everywhere! I runs off micro usb but you need 30v cord not a cheap one or it wont charge your phone properly. Other than that buy this case now! Take off your insurance and screenpl protectors you dont need em and that savings will pay for the case and still save you money over two years.
