It’s supposed to be a waterproof phone but it’s not waterproof if the cover to the phone port has a hole in it. It snaps off from normal usage (opening and closing the cover so you can charge your phone). The first time this happened it was after 7months Best Buy refused to give any refund or discount on a replacement case and it’s happened again. I would hope Best Buy’s customer service would’ve been better hopefully this time they’ll actually help with a malfunctioning product.

Front cover doesn’t fit flush to phone.

No matter what air bubbles.

For those wondering I do not have anything under the protective screen, just phone and case. Cannot return as I do not have packaging anymore two days after purchasing. DO NOT GET THIS CASE! Those bubbles are sometimes caused by moisture trapped inside the case. We recommend airing it out in the driest room of your house and then wipe your phone and the inside of the case with the provided microfiber cloth before reinstalling it. Over priced for what it is .

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Poor design , especially for what it cost , it’s sold as protection for your phone ,in my case a $1200 phone ,they only make a belt clip that mounts to the back of the phone , this faces the phone away from your body and exposes it to scratches and additional damage . You can buy other brand this manufacturer produces ( Otter Box) for about 1/2 the cost of this product and it comes with a phone clip where it faces in and actually protects the screen.

Needs Improvement

In my situation it was great for a day or two then bubbled up so bad the touch screen was crippled when typing. I ended up returning this case.

We're sorry to learn the FRĒ case isn't quite in your end zone. Thankfully, a simple reinstallation should clear this up! Remove the LifeProof from your iPhone in the driest room possible (i.e. not a bathroom or kitchen) then wipe down the phone screen and inside of the case with a microfiber cloth. Afterwards, place your device inside of the LifeProof immediately! If this still doesn't make the touchdown, give us a ring at 1-888-533-0735 and we'll toss you a new one!

Not happy with Best Buy sending me a used case.

Had to order a new one which upset me. I would recommend this product, I love life proof products. Just very upset with Best Buy for not sending me a new case.
