I purchased this last week and the charger port cover came off when I opened it. Its very simple to open it so I didn’t struggle or force it at all, it just came off. Pretty upsetting.

Absolutely amazing case and even better customer service to replace damaged cases. The screen on these are horrible. It has what’s called turtling and was a waste of money. Really hope they get this figured out

We're sorry to hear that your FRĒ case has left you disappointed! When you install your case, make sure you're thoroughly cleaning off the screen of the phone and inside of the case prior to installation, preferably with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, we see these issues arise when installing the case in a more humid environment, so make sure that the case is being installed in the driest place you can find.
