Good Case with its faults

Keep in mind this is a waterproof case so you will have to sacrifice audio quality and a crystal clear screen to protect your phone from the elements. The screen does appear grainy, but you’ll get use to it. The phones ring tones are loud and don’t sound too bad. Call quality it ok, but occasionally you’ll have some issues. The most annoying part is the small gap between the screen protector and the screen at the top and bottom of the screen, ** This is dude to how the case is built, you can’t really avoid it, all Lifeproof fre’s are this way ** FaceID works just as good as if you didn’t have this case installed. If you can live with the above mentioned issues, then you’ll love this case.

Bought 2 of these cases for the wife and I from Best Buy. The only real negative is the clear screen protector that’s not clear at all. It makes the beautiful iPhone X OLED screen look hazy and grainy. Lifeproof needs to figure this out. I see many of these same complaints on Lifeproof.com reviews. I would recommend this product for phone protection only and hope Lifeproof figures out the material they are using on the screen protector. You really can’t get better protection than Lifeproof. This would have been a 5 Star if the screen was better.

Debris keep creeping in

Unfortunately as far as dust proof my case has failed... Little amounts of debris have made their home between the screen of my phone and the screen protector of the case. I have also had issues with the screen protector sticking to the screen of my phone. I love the colors and protection this case provides but I have to say I am disappointed by the dust that has crept in. It quite frankly drives me crazy.

Flaws
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had purchased this case the other day, tried it on for a little bit, and then turned right back to the store to return. The biggest flaw that I found to be with this case, was the separation from the screen to the case... as I was typing I had to press the buttons again to make sure that the letters were not missed. When I had the iPhone 7 Plus, I NEVER had this issue with the life proof case. I was excited to try this case out and enjoy it to protect my iPhone X, but it was a major upset. Another flaw was how big it made the iPhone X. The iPhone X itself is a small phone(which I love), and once you place the lifeproof case on, it made it into the size of an iPhone 7 Plus.... unless lifeproof can fix that screen issue and the separation, I wouldn’t be buying another lifeproof for my iPhone X.
