    Do not buy this case if you have the s10 plus, took 3 tries to get the fingerprint TV to work then to only have it quit working all together

      We're so sorry you're running into some roadblocks with this FRĒ case!

      Unfortunately, because of the built-in screen protector, we no longer support the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. That said, you can always use facial recognition and a pass code to open your phone.

      If it has stopped working all together, we have a great warranty that's calling your name. Give us a call at 1-888-533-0735 and we'll send you a brand-new case along with some maintenance tips that will restore epic protection!

    Lifeproof warranty sucks

    Purchased this case in November 2020. Just recently the lock side button broke. Contacted Lifeproof for a replacement since still under manufacturer warranty. They said case has been discontinued on their website. All they could offer me was 20% off a new case if I upgraded my phone within a year. Really discouraged by the terms on their warranty. Most likely going back to using Otterbox.

    Full of dust when I opened I'm pretty sure if dust gets in water will too

    Best buy sold case and stated 1 year manufacture warranty. Now manufacture has said they no longer have in stock (even though best buy does) and can't honor warranty. Trash

      Sadly, our FRĒ cases for the Galaxy S10+ have been discontinued and we're no longer able to offer a replacement. While we try to keep our products around for as long as possible, there does come a time when we have to say goodbye to our older models. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

    Do not buy. Feels cheap and due to plastic screen finger scanner does not work. After purchase contacted support. They told me no longer support the item.

    NOT THE USUAL QUALITY FOR LIFEPROOF CASE

    Let me just say, that this was my 5th Lifeproof case. The first 4 cases were absolutely flawless. That's why I purchased another one for my Galaxys10. I have to say that the quality of this case is poor at best. 1) The charging port door keeps popping open constantly. 2) The headphone jack plug if very difficult to work with. It seems like the hole is out of round, as the screw in cover keeps cocking and wanting to screw in cross threaded. The thicken and diameter of the plug seem to be smaller than my previous cases. 3) The case also appears to be warped, because the phone will not sit flat on the table and keeps rocking while I am texting or scrolling on the phone. This is my 2nd week with this case, and I am going to return it to BestBuy, as these issues are definitely not worth the price. I will have to look to find a different type of waterproof case, as my faith in Lifeproof has been shakin. QUALITY NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT BACK TO THE OLDER STANDARD OF THE PREVIOUS CASES THAT I HAD PURCHASED.

    Case will not last

    I purchased a lifeproof case when I bought my new phone. Paid way too much for it. Case from store -- the buttons stopped working. Couldn't wake the phone up or adjust volume. Super inconvenient. Lifeproof replaced it. Replacement case buttons stopped working after a few months as well. They replaced it a again and the 3rd one lasted less time than the previous two. I am not hard on my phone. These cases either have a design or manufacturing flaw. I would never buy one of these products again unless it was super cheap and I only needed it to last for a few months.
