I bought this case for my s8 and I couldn't be happier!!! Its truly an extension of my phone. It completely keeps my phone safe from water, cracks, and every other type of potential damage all while making my phone still look great and not bulky and keeping it very light. Its completely water proof. I also love that the usb part keeps the charger port from wiggling around and eventually breaking it. I have 2 cons with this case which still doesn't take down any stars for me especially since I got it on sale for $55 rather than t mobile trying to get me to spend $89 on it. The cons are that sometimes you have to press down hard on screen to type in correct letter. The screen is not completely flush to the phone. The other con is that the case slightly muffles the sound. For the price, these are not deal breakers at all!!!

Case works good for my S8. Ive dropped phone on concrete a few times didnt hurt case or phone. Im sure phone would have broke if not for case. I also dropped phone out of boat while fishing in about 15 feet of water. It was prob on bottom of lake for 10-15 minutes till i could find it. Case worked great no water inside when i opened it up. Negative things are that it is way to EXPENSIVE, and screen cover scratches easily.

This case has worked well for me so far. My only complaint is that the plastic "Screen Protector" on it gets very sticky and gross easily, it also is not tight to the phone so it can get annoying at times when I am playing games or swiping. Otherwise, it is waterproof and protects my phone well. It is definitely necessary with an S8

Just received my case. I have an otterbox also. This case is thin with no rubber like otterbox. I don't know if it will sustain a fall. There is a shield now I don't believe it's protection from shatters. It'll protect screen from finger prints. Could have better color selections.

Case does what it should, as in great phone protection,with a flaw. The volume bottom doesnt really work after little use.It was pricey considering this flaw.

Great protection, only flaw is that the clear phone protector is not tight to the phone, when typing must press really hard for devise to accept entry.

First off, this case is overall great. It's light and not in any way bulky. Fits the phone absolutely perfectly. The only issue I have with the case... because it is fully sealed for water protection, there is a built in screen cover. The phone is obviously not as sensitive to the touch because of this, and is noticeable at times. Also, price point is about $30 more than I'm usually willing to spend on a case like this. All in all, great protection for your phone at a cost.

Good case but slippery for sweaty palms. Water resistant and screen protection. Daughter liked, son didn't. Slim profile.

The Lifeproof case is the best cell phone case on the market. I originally purchased my first lifeproof case with my Samsung S5. I dropped that phone so many times, even ran over it once with my car and never had any damage. When I purchased my Samsung S8, I was able to trade in my S5 with a full $200 trade in value as there was absolutely no damage to it. I immediately went out and bought a life proof case for my S8. Only downfall is I also bought a fitness band for when I am working out and my phone does not fit in the band with the Lifeproof case on it. Basically I wasted money on the band because I wont take this case off my phone ever!

I didnt give it the 5 stars even though is an excellent product , only because the film that covers the screen, is not totally stuck to the screen and makes it difficult to type. but other than that it protects the phone very good i already tested it dropping it in water and on the ground. and the phone was safe

The case works great, and it is waterproof as advertised. Its sturdy and stylish, all while not being too bulky. My biggest complaint is the screen protector. It is kind of flimsy around the edges of my curved screen, and as a result requires more pressure for me to use the screen there.

This case is a beast! Takes one heck of a beating, and you can swim with it. Only con...there is a little too much space between the phone screen and the case screen.

Nice case lite weight, waterproof. Could use some soft rubber tabs on the bottom to prevent sliding.

It fits nicely and is really water tight and you can use the screen like there is no cover over it. I like it and it give you access to the controls.

i purchased the life proof case for my new samsung galaxy 8. I was very impressed by the product on my previous phone. The case meets all the standard of being waterproof, stylish, great customer service and free replacements if shipping fee is paid,and can take a solid drop. The only down fall of the case is that it does not fit snug on the curved screen. so it is a pain to type at times and use anything on the curves

Although, i like my case (color as shown, sturdy, waterproof) there a few things that could be improved. For example, the screen protector does not fit snug on the phone. Therefore, you have to press a harder than normal for the phone to react to your touch. This puts extra stress on your fingers when typing, etc. Also, although i dont have the "touch screen vibrate/sound" setting ON you can still hear my every touch. This is because there is a gap between the protector and my phone screen so it sounds like small clicks everytime i press. Another thing that could be improved is the way the case is opened. Once closed, you can open with a coin/included tool but when you pry it open you have to be super careful not to overdo it because the plastic starts denting permanently. Other than these things, i like the fact that i dont have to worry about using my phone when it rains.

Great Phone case however if you buy one in the store make sure all the parts are there because is a little extension For the headphones plug that was missing in my Box and other plugs won't fit into that Jack hole without the adapter and it's a little hard to type on the edges since they're rounded that plastic kind of gets in the way

Easy to put on. Like the fit to the phone. The plastic of screen could be tighter to phone.

The Lifeproof case fits the Samsung 8 very well. I got the Lifeproof case because it also included the screen protecter. I have some trouble at the edges getting the letters/numbers to work. Case is slippery. I have stopped a few times and the phone slides right off my armrest onto the floor of my truck.

This case offers great protection,and a screen protector.the s8 has curvy edges and this case covers no problem.I tested for a week with no cover to really get a feel for the phone.I cleaned my phone and after putting on the case,I noticed no difference in the response with the touch screen.Its a slim fit too that is nice because the s8 is a littl bigger than I was using(a s5).It doesn't feel bulky at all.
