After using them in the past and having no problems i was happy to get one. Low and behold this model was discontinued and I suspect to be defective because of being discontinued. About a month into use it was being used at the beach and had gotten into the phone and broke the phone. All sorts of issues after that to replace the product.

Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

The home button cover already broke

This is the 3rd Lifeproof case I've been through for the iPhone 6plus - just not impressed at all with the ones for the 6plus - the ones for the iPhone 5 are great - just not sure why the ones for the 6plus just don't seem to either work right or last for any length of time

After the first week I took it off my phone.

So I decided to try Lifeproof. I love how sleek and lightweight the case is and slides in and out of your pocket nice. Its not too heavy or bulky either. Only thing I don't like is when you talk on phone, others can't hear you very well. I get told all the time that it sounds like I am in a tunnel. If I take it out of the case, it doesn't do that. I didn't have that problem with Otterbox though.

The major problem I have is the lower charge port access door have broken twice and will not stay closed or water proof and it can be hard for people to hear me.
