Unless you lock the clip to red, any slight push on the phone will cause it to fall off. If you lock it (red) then it is firmly held in place. The clic would work well if it had a longer hook in order to ensure it does not fall off. Given the amount of money the clip in itself costs, I would not recommend it.

Wouldn't recommend this case. I took it back and now use a modify otter box phone holder. Removed to little finger on the otter box holder and the lifeproof will fit perfect

The new system of using a clasping system is effective and secure. The lock gives you further peace of mind and the rotate 45 degrees to in lip becomes intuitive very quickly. BUT...... the magnet that helps draw the phone to the clips clasps is WAY too weak and the fact that you have to engage a square clip into the locking clasp is near impossible if you have it on your belt slightly askew. There is no solid feedback when the clasp grabs so I have had the phone fall because I simply did not place the square metal clip into the clasp straight... And there is no way to "sense" it is in.

I like the size of the clip, much sleeker than most case clips. My only issue is some times it takes a few tries to snap it in place. Once it is in, it is great.

The clip does the job of securing the phone. I suppose I was expecting something else. It is not made specifically for belts in my opinion, because the clip is a little large (by that I mean the opening of the clip) which makes opening the clip difficult in certain situations. I understand it is this way to clip it to many other things like backpacks and what not which is great, but it means I don't wear it on my belt often. Still a good pick up though.

Good belt clip since one of few available for case. Hard to squeeze open though, usually need 2 hands.

I like this belt clip but it's not that easy to lock your phone into it. It holds the phone well and it is easy to take it off your hip if your not sitting. If your sitting it is sometimes difficult to rotate the phone and get it released.

I was hesitant to buy this clip because I did not trust the tape that attached the clip to the belt clip. I also do not like that the screen faces out. I tried to attach the clip using the provided tape. I followed the instructions to attach it to my case and it did not work. I decided to glue the clip instead. It has worked great so far. It takes a little getting used to the clip but once you do it is pretty nice and does not add a lot of bulk to the phone so you can still just skip it into a pocket if you like.

Overall it is a good clip. It seems to hold the phone on good, especially with such a small mount on the phone. The downside is it's almost impossible to attach the phone if you're not looking at the clip.

holds phone in clip but clip should be adjustable, so that it can also be put in shirt o jacket pocket. it is not eay to see if it is secured on clip.

Clip is easy to assemble and use. Would recommend for the man that likes to have there phone on a clip but doesn't like the bulk to a phone plus a clip.

The Clip works great. it just took a little while to get used to it compared to older clips by LifeProof

Belt clip works fantastic! I've been a life proof customer since they first came out. This clip in particular is a better design than previous models. Very low profile clip and attachment on the phone. The great thing is that the magnet on the phone attaches to other life proof accessories (car holder, workout band, etc...)

I bought this belt clip for my life proof case for the iPhone 6S plus wick had no belt clips for it.. Works great! I work construction & thought it might wouldn't stay stuck to the phone case... WRONG! I have been using it in all conditions, hit pipe while walking though work areas! It's the best sleek belt clip out!

I hate not having my phone on my hip. The clip is great once you get it in place, at times it's like putting a square in a round hole, side affect is your screen is not protected. I cracked my life proof case screen protector because it faces out.

The life proof cases are great and protect the phone they should come with a clip

It's more secure than I thought it might be however it's a little difficult to get the phone on and off of the clip. Would like to see the old version clips come back where the case locks into a clip.

When the phone is attached to the clip...it is on to stay! Lining it up to attach to the clip has to be perfect for it to actually work. The fact that it has to be so precise would be why I dislike it.
