This case offers great protection. However, I cannot change the volume from the side, I have to go into the settings. I also struggle to hear others, even though the volume would be turned up to the maximum. I have talked to others with similar problems with this case.

I had to return this product because of complaints of not being heard on the phone.

My son loves that this is the second iPhone the first one fell in water so it was damage unrepairable but now he doesn't have to worry about that because this case is waterproof and the phones always protect it

Everything is great with the phone case. The one complaint I have is when you have someone on speaker or are playing music it sounds like the speaker is blown because of a piece of plastic that covers where the speaker is. I know it is to keep any water out but I didn't care for the sound. Other than that the phone case works great.

This case is great for protecting from liquids, but because of that, the sound quality is compromised. I loved the color and the brand reputation, but if my Conversations could not be heard, it's not what I need.

This is an awesome case, it is super protective and leaves my phone in like new condition, even one year later. This is great because I drop my phone a lot. The only thing I don't like about this case is that the pink areas on the case have accumulated stains very easily and looked dingy even 2 months after I purchased it. :/

This case is great for waterproof and screen protection.

This case is great! No hearing or speaking issues and so far it's been completly water proof. I like the fact that it doesn't have plastic over the screen. The screen protector was also easy to install.

Life proof Case for iPhone 6S Plus. Great product.

So far has been great. I was skeptical of the waterproof performance with no screen, but it indeed works. All buttons are accessible, and fits great. I like the look. There is no interference with the camera lens or flash. Only slight negatives is the speaker is blocked which creates an odd echo and reverb when volume is loud.

Loved the light pink until it looked dingy on the rubber a week later. I use magic eraser & cleans ok but a hot pink would have disguised any marks. Have dropped many times no issues. Hard to adjust sound button & speaker is super low Bc of case. Live the clear back as I put pictures of my kids on the back. Easy to customize.

I have had other life proof covers so was already familiar with the product which is why I purchased this one. The cover is already showing wear after just a short amount of time which is unusual. The color is also showing dirt easier. But the protection it provides is well worth the aesthetic disarray which is unfortunate.

Not only does this case protect my iPhone from everything (including my clumsiness), it has a clear back panel so I can see my beautiful, rose gold phone. The only reason I'm not rating it at 5 stars is that dirt is totally attracted to the rubber material the case is made of. I'm buying the same case in a darker color!

The good: 1. smaller in size than the Otter and their larger models 2. Like the fact it does not have a clear plastic cover for waterproofing on the front of the screen. The bad: The case vibrates internally and the sound of my IPhone 6 Plus sounds horrible

I was at T-Mobile when I learned about these protective cases. Unfortunately T-Mobile couldn’t supply the product in 5 days which lead me to Best Buy who had a variety of colors of the product on hand. So far so good about this product. I have not tested the underwater feature as of yet.

This is a good case if you're wanting something waterproof. I did not like that it muffles your voice when calling and it's also hard to hear the caller. I only used during the summer because we go swimming a lot but took it off right after

The case is awesome, the lid for the charger port gets a little sticky but overall the case is worth it.

Great phone case to make your smart phone water proof! No more dropping it in the tub, toilet, pool, dishwater, etc etc. It's also thin and fits phone snug for ultimate look and protection!

This case truly protects your phone. However, if you opt to not use the screen protector, the phone screen is susceptible to scratches. If you use the screen protector, your screen touch sensitivity is greatly reduced to the point of sometimes being frustrating when trying to use the touch screen function.
