The rubber is coming off the top and the screen is starting to peel away at the corner which is kinda annoying when trying to talk and it scratches you.

Always happy with the product and warranty. I went straight to Best Buy from the Apple store upon purchasing my 7 plus. All in all a great case that provides peace of mind.

The only thing I would love to have changed would be when you are trying to "swipe" up your quick menu, it's very difficult to do. But if I put my phone sideways, it's much easier. Other than that, it's great!

Will be returning for what we have used in the past, an Otterbox Defender.

I dropped my phone once and the plastic on the bottom left on the back broke. Also the plastic on the back shows every fingerprint and smudge.
