Not so great case

Waterproof failed again.....

The rubber seal on the volume switch leaked and took on saltwater. I wanted to give it another try as I recently purchased an 8 plus and wanted protection. I did the water test prior to using the case with my phone. I came out of the river and there was water inside the case..... again..... Furthermore, I think the case muffles your mic when you're talking....

It is certainly strange that both cases failed the real-life water test, since as long as the units were aligned and enclosed around your iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 8 Plus, the cases should not have leaked. Of course, if there are any major drops before you submerge the unit, we usually recommend proceeding with caution. Our cases are built to absorb the brunt of any impacts that would otherwise jeopardize your device, which sometimes means that they can take some heavy blows during a tumble. Not Worth the Money

However the back of this case scratched easily and the plastic protecting the camera got so scratched up I had to take the case off to get a clear picture. I don't put my cases through anything harsh, just everyday usage. I don't drop my phone except for maybe a couple of times a month. Sadly, this case became unusable due to the scratches over the camera lens after only maybe 4 months tops.
