This case is an impressive upgrade since my first Lifeproof case, and I can see myself using this until I get a new iPhone. Only issue is the Best Buy representative, in NJ, ordered the large phone size by mistake, even having the phone in front of him. Greensboro store was great about switching the case sizes. I had to switch to green color, which I actually like much better!

We don’t like that you have to open the charge port door so that people can hear you either. We are sorry that this is happening, this is not normal and we certainly want to help out with this problem.
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
