The double shell gives great protection. The only issue is that they no longer offer screen protection in this case so I needed to add a zagg glass screen protector.

This summer left my phone on patio while I was in pool. The case pretty much melted away. And fell apart. Phone was not hurt but case had to be replaced.

When we had a problem, they helped right away. The phone has never had any damage after being dropped. The case has always protected it.
