Love my life proof case

The bezel is raised slightly to protect the cameras and screen which is great. I would recommend.

Back of phone cracked and spiderwebbing

I now have a spiderweb crack on the back of my phone running from the screen lock button across the back. I haven't dropped my phone and where the crack is starting from lines up perfectly with the small plastic tab on the inside of the front portion of the case right next to the screen lock button. Previous lifeproof cases I've had for other phones have worked amazingly. This one hasn't.

I didn't realize there was not a front cover like Otterbox. However, I'm careful with my cell. Easy grip. No slipping so far...this was my biggest fear...on a flat smooth surface.

If you look at the bottom corners of your LifeProof, you see that one of them has a bit of a gap; if you put a coin edge in that slot and give it a twist, that corner should pop open, making it easier to open the rest of the case!
