This case seems to be waterproof up to 50 feet or so. Being waterproof makes it a little cumbersome to connect to a set of headphones, needing to use a provided connector to do so. Also you must use the apple connector only to charge as that is the only connector that will fit. Even with these slight drawbacks this case looks and acts as you would expect. Highly Recommended.

I will always go with LifeProof covers, they are durable. My last LifeProof cover feel off my truck going approx 35mph, there was not a scratch on it, I also ran it over with my full size truck and it saved my phone, the case was a little tweaked but I was able to use it for another 6 months before I had to replace it

THe cover protects my phone from being damaged. It was easy to upt on.

We got our daughter a new iPhone because hers was old and dying (it might have been from being dropped multiple times daily). We go this to protect the new one. It's pink, so she like that. It's waterproof, and shock resistant, so I like that (mostly because I don't want to buy another phone for her, because I'm sort of cheap).

This case provides great protection, particularly when combined with the Lifeproof floatie case. There are only a few downfalls...the screw that goes in the headphone jack is very hard to remove, the case makes fingerprint unlock a bit tricky, and the protection over the camera lens creates a feedback in some light.

This case has done so well for my phone! I will readily admit that I'm very hard on my iPhone (beach/swimming, always dropping it, getting it wet, CATS CHEWING ON IT), and this case has kept up with me! There's not a single scratch on my phone, which is an absolute first for me. Of course, if you're doing extreme sports or something, you should still exercise caution.

This case was easy to put on, light and comfortable to hold my phone.

I work in dust all day and have found the case protects against drops, dust & scratches. I have used them for 3 different phones and they exceed their protection claims. Don't get it if you If use the iPhone in a cradle: it doesn't fit right.

Case is perfect protection. Not bulky and easily fits on pocket.

I love this case. I had a lifeproof case before but not this version. It's very sturdy. I drop my phone a lot so it's helpful, and I tested the water-proof feature and it works. My only complaint is I had having to twist the headphone jack thing, but it's worth it knowing my phone can't be water damaged.

The style color is nice. But i don't like the type of screen protection it came with, it came separate and only covered literaly the screen and not the whole from part of the phone like other screen protectors. But aside from that I haven't tested it yet against the water damage part. Don't like takin chances

I've purchased many different types of cases for my iPhone and this case is worth the price regardless if you never drop your phone. It not only keeps your screen scratch free but also keeps your mobile looking brand new incase you one day want to trade up for a newer model of the iPhone thus assuring you the highest trade in value towards your new device

My only complaint is that the receiver of my call cannot hear what i am saying depending on how i move my phone. Mine could just be defective but its just annoying. There is a youtube video on how to remove the muffled sound but I upgraded my phone anyways so no point in doing it. Great case though.

Case held up well to wear but eventually (about a year) after buying, cover where volume control was wore off. Lifeproof replaced the case easily and showed they really stand behind their product. I now exclusively buy these cases for all my family's phones. Worth the price!

This is my second LifeProof case. I just simply wore out my first. It saved my phone while working outside. Like being able to touch the screen and it still being water proof. I was too ruff on the last case and tore the protective bumpers on the side where the volume control is. This would allow water to come in. Other than that I love the case.

When I had my iPhone4s, I worked in a Barite (dirt) factory and I bought a LifeProof case to keep the dust and dirt out. The case worked wonders, so the second I bought the iPhone5s, I knew I would end up with another LifeProof case. My wife bought me the case recently and I've loved having it ever since. It seems like that took all of the annoying features from the original design and fixed them. I love being able to touch the actual screen! I also like that they have attached the headphone jack screw. I personally think the case is pretty stylish in a tech-savvy, rugged way. The ONLY bad thing I can think about is the price, but you get what you pay for! Other than the occasionally text message in the shower, I have not really tested the waterproof features, but it seems waterproof to me.
