I upgraded my phone to an iPhone X this year and only trusted Lifeproof. I got the NEXT case because the FREs were out of stock and it was going to be weeks until I could get a case on my phone if I waited for it. It was very different then the cases I was used to buying (I usually get ones with built in screen protectors) but I grew to love the look and feel of this case anyways. HOWEVER, the first case broke within a week. Just happened to look down at it one day while watching TV and noticed a crack in the sidewall & that it kept creating a bubble on my tempered glass cover because of the pressure it was posting on it. It was obvious if I took the case off it would only get worse during that process. I went to use my warranty that I have NEVER had to use with you all before, but upon getting on your website was informed that you all are no longer backing warranties for this model. Luckily for me, it had only been a week and I could still go back to the store. I did and they replaced it, but EVERY person I was connected with at that location at the time had an iPhone X in a different case & said they too tried multiple NEXT model cases but they have all broken extremely quickly. At that point there wasn't much I could do except give the new replacement case a try. It has been just under 3 months since purchasing this phone, so even less since I have had this case, and now this one the rubber is beginning to buckle on the sides. It's definitely going to peel off at some point soon. This is insane. I have NEVER shattered a phone. I'm always extremely careful with my technology and my other LifeProofs lasted YEARS. I at least expect a 6 month mark with that sort of price tag. 2 in around 2 months?! THIS IS NOT THE LIFEPROOF EVERYONE HAS GROWN TO LOVE AND TRUST.

I liked this case... At first.

This is the second one of these cases I have had for my iPhone X, and I am starting to question the integrity of the lifeproof product. I have always had their cases in the past, but I was very disappointed by this case.
