Missing the front protector

My phone took a 2' fall and the back glass shattered and the digitizer separated from my screen in a very small spot on the front. When contacting life proof for a warranty claim I was told that they do not warranty phones at all even though they advertise their product protects from a fall from 6 and a 1/2 feet. Very disappointed to spend this much money for what I thought was a quality case with a quality warranty only to find out that they will offer a replacement for a case but have 0 warranty liabilities for anything that they claim to protect. Save yourself the money and do not purchase a life proof product if you expect any type of support from the warranty department.

The back is easy scratched and the rubber sides push in sort of click like it doesn't fit properly. Save yourself the money and get the otterbox cases. Life proof has a better warranty but you will definitely be using it and that's a lengthy process.

Pretty disappointed considering how expensive it is. They did an exchange for a new one no questions asked.

Great protection

The second day of having my phone, I dropped it face down on the driveway and it incurred no damage. I had also installed a domeglass screen protector. This case looks nice and the port covers do not bother me. The only negatives I have are that it's a bit wide and the buttons are thin and hard to press. Maybe they have to be broken in some. Overall it's a good case. I had a coupon and some rewards to use so I don't know if I would pay the current price without any discount.

I bought it in September 2018 and it has held up until now (Sept 2022). It has lasted through countless drops and has held up as well as I could ever expect. Within the last year or so, the rubber around the edges has started to ware, but not even a scratch on the phone! I just upgraded my phone to the Samsung S22 Ultra and have also purchased another LifeProof Next case for my new phone!

Got this the day before a trip and by the time I landed in my destination I already had scratches on the front glass. Lifeproof used to protect the screen this one doesn't I will be taking it back.
