I was hesitant about buying this case because I like the Fre collection with the screen protector. My brother has this case, and if it can survive his phone drops then it can certainly protect my phone. It’s so lightweight!!

It’s a good case, better than the clear Apple case, which is why I bought it. The only negative is the case is not MagSafe, which for the money it should be. But prior to purchasing it I already knew what it was or wasn’t. Still a good case though.

I’ve had this case several different times with different phones & it is without a doubt the best purchase i could’ve made for the phone. It keeps my phones camera & screen safe if dropped & overall is just a protective case. I would highly recommend this case, as i have not had any issues with it.

It's a great case, phone is nice and tight in there. I've had a couple complaints about my phone call being muffled, but using headphones eliminates that problem for me personally.

Good solid case, BUT, the buttons and silent mode switch are difficult to use. Also, although the case was mag safe, I needed a adapter to connect to the portable battery. Slimline case and not bulky

I typically go with OtterBox cases but wanted something more slimmer. This is excellent coverage feels very well protected the only thing I do not like about this case is it is difficult to remove and apply. Highly recommend it.

If you don't mind just a little extra bulk, this case is amazing. I can't even tell you how many times I've dropped it. That, and a full lifetime no questions asked replacement policy backed by excellent customer service... Can't go wrong..

Good case for protection, great feel as well. Can be difficult to get on & off would be my only complaint.

The case is certainly very protective. However it is quite bulky and makes an already big phone feel way too large. I bought it to use at work to help keep my phone safer and it definitely does the trick for that. Taking the case on and off can be quite troublesome though. I find myself leaving this case off and keeping my more pocket friendly case on more often than I’d like to admit. Sadly this one tends to collect more dust than protect my phone. However, it is still a quality case! Love that it protects the speakers and charging port.

I purchased 2 of these cases on 11/10/20 from Best Buy store #109 for $63.99 each. I've been very disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of support from LifeProof. My wife and I have been using these cases for our iPhone 12 Pro Max for just over 4 months when we noticed that the rubber began separating from the plastic case around the speakers on the bottom of the phone. (See attached pictures). Both cases have had this issue. The phone and phone case have been used normally, we've mostly been at home due to the pandemic. No opportunity to really test the limits of a phone case's durability. I submitted a warranty claim on LifeProof's website. There was a disclaimer stating that they "are currently experiencing higher volumes and slower response times than normal. We appreciate your patience during this time." LifeProof required my purchase date, email, and credit card information for the submission. I submitted the warranty claim but received no confirmation email or automated response that a claim was submitted. I was just looped back to the original warranty claim page. It's been almost a week since my first submission. No response from LifeProof.

I love the way it feels its very sturdy and I feel very comfortable holding it. I feel if I was to accidentally drop my phone it wouldn’t do any harm to my phone. I love the color. I’m totally satisfied with this purchase. I made the right choice we I choose this.

Beautiful case! Its light and sturdy, just the quality of a Lifeproof that you would expect! Yes, its pricey, but its just what u need to protect your even more pricey iPhone. Don’t wonder whether you should get this case...just buy it, you won’t regret it!

I’ve always stood behind lifeproof products for iPhone and this didn’t let me down! If you don’t need the water proof feature but want to keep all the dust and pocket lint out of your speakers and charging port this is the perfect case!
