LifeProof makes some of the best cases on the market. When I saw this one in Best Buy, I knew that it would keep my phone safe and secure. One of the main things I like about this case is that it has a very thin profile for a 2 piece case. In the 10 months that I have had the case, I have unfortunately dropped my phone on a tile floor on a few occasions with no damage done to the phone of the case. Made a believer out of me.

Very sturdy and offers great protection for phone. Only negative for me is that it makes the buttons on the side very stiff and they feel hard when you touch them.

Love this case because of the grip. The IPhone XR is very slippery and this case helps me from dropping my phone 10 times a day.

Got it on sale for $24 last week, case is great, snaps open and closed. If anything, buttons are a bit stiff on side.

So we’ve always had cases on our phones, and got my 14 year old another Lifeproof. He did so well the first time around for the past 3 years with no damage, he wanted another. This was the case he liked, it’s cool, it’s gonna protect from falls, but sadly not waterproof. It wasn’t until we came back from paddle boarding that I looked at it closely. No covers for the open ports. Thankfully no drops or splashes but still, be careful. Not all Lifeproofs are water proof.

This is a really good case for the price. The only draw back is the lack of screen protector. It doesn't add much bulk to the phone, and it should provide good protection in a drop.

The rear of the case is really good, however, the front rim of the case begins a very quick dissent into discoloration. If you purchase any other color besides black it will be pretty dingy fairly quickly. With that said..., it definitely saves the phone from damage..., I’ve dropped my phone at least a dozen times since purchase.... Caveat..., I also have a clear shield on the face, which is purchased separately. So they definitely work in tandem.
