We typically recommend a hefty dose of soap and water to clean any gunk away from our cases, but if that isn't doing the trick, our tidy representatives will be happy to clean things up with a warranty claim. But what I didn’t expect was for my phones Glass to smash on both sides with relative ease.

We truly put forth every effort in engineering and testing to ensure that our cases provide the best device protection possible, but unfortunately, every drop or fall is subject to a number of different dynamics and angles, some of which are beyond our control. In the end, we are unable to guarantee that absolutely all exposure to risk is eliminated through the use of our products.
