Very tall but nice slimline model. I had to return it because I could not get it to fit in my refrigerator unless I took out a shelf. It does come with only one filter so buy extra when ordering.

This pitcher is better than any Britta pitcher that I have purchased. Good pitcher for clean water

LOVING this filter’s ability to remove PFAS

I’ve known about LifeStraw camping and survival products for some time and was delighted to learn they make this product for home use. It is a rarity in home water filtration products because in addition to other dangerous contaminants it filters PFAS, which is a chemical leached into ground water supplies all over the country and once consumed stays present in the human body indefinitely. PFAS is linked to a number of cancers and up until recently the only option for people to avoid PFAS in their home water supply was to buy reverse-osmosis water or install reverse-osmosis systems for their household. The only thing people may want to monitor when using this product is the average daily amount of water they filter in order to determine if you need to replace the active carbon and ion exchange more or less that the recommended 2 months. The membrane filter, which is supposed to last one year, will drastically slow and stop its water filtration once it’s used up. I use the pitcher for my own water use as well as my pets, so by adding a full filter-reservoir worth of water around 10x/day I need to replace my carbon/ion filters every month instead of every 2 months. But will all the nasties that this pitcher will filter, I’m happy to do so!
