A unique take on the Buzz Lightyear character but a fun ride

This movie isn't that great, doesn't really connect to Toy Story as much as I think it could have. and has quite a few "woke" moments that felt very unnecessary. To top it off the story isn't even good.

okay, lets get something straight. I understand Disney didn't want Tim back for the voice of this character, and I'm not in the business of hollywood. But lets look at it this way, the voice of the toy buzz lightyear was its own voice for that toy character. Of course the voice of the human man character was going to be different because its a portrayal of a space explorer that has a deeper voice and is not a childs plaything. This movie was on a more serious note of being a real man or astronaut so that would account for the voice difference. But anyway, a lot people seem to not like the movie itself, for some reason they couldn't look past the actors voice being different. I liked the cartoon, and it was worth having in my collection of steelbooks.

I wasn’t sure about going see this in teathers, but I just kept hearing people bash this movie left and right so i decided just to pick it up on steelbook instead. But little did I know I opened my mind and watched this film and I actually enjoyed it, the visuals were lovely, fun story, even though Tim Allen didn’t voice Buzz in this movie I thought Chris Evans killed tbis roll.! 10/10 GREAT MOVIE.!

It's no Toy Story, but there's still some fun to be had with this movie.

I feel this movie was not properly promoted. It is a very different movie from the other Toy Story based movies. It is somewhat of an origin story of Buzz Lightyear. Crisp image and great immersive audio. The only thing that some countries had an issue with was how they portrayed Buzz's boss in the show. My wife and I loved this show.

So finally at long last they bring out a movie about Buzz Lightyear after years and years after the toy story movies were released and I loved all of the toy story movies growing up watching them I was very eager to go and see this new Lightyear movie and boy it did not disappoint it was amazing but it is a nice steelbook that is embossed

It was a very entertaining movie with twists! As long as people differentiate between this movie and Toy Story. They are 2 different movies and cannot be compared. What you can take away from this movie is not to fixate on the one thing that didn't go as you planned and forget to live!

I like the design of the steelbook and while the movie I thought was alright I did have enjoyment in the film. However this film while not perfect, I definitely think it's a film that depends on how you feel about this movie if your looking for a good time enjoying a film I say check it out.

I love Toy Story and really wanted to love this movie, but it was not the same without Tim Allen as the voice of Buzz Light Year. The animation was excellent but I wish Disney would cut the wokeness out the their recent films.

I absolutely loved this movie. Lightyear was fantastic and so entertaining to watch. I was surprised by how good it was. I watched it as soon as it was delivered to my house and I already want to watch it again. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone.
