May not be 100% accurate but it highlights why Lincoln is one of the best US president thru his accomplishment during his administration.

This film was so great in the Theater I knew I would have to purchase the blu-ray when it came out in stores. I am so glad I did. The blu-ray is such a great picture and the special features are great!

Daniel Day Lewis is never bad in a movie and in Lincoln he is amazing. When I hear about movies like this I get a little suspicious but Spielberg did a great job and ALL of the performances were very good.

Spielberg did an excellent job telling a story. This is an historically accurate portrayal of events which happened during January 1865. I really enjoyed this movie and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

DVD works great, never got a broken DVD from best buy, so yey! Movie is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend the movie.

By focusing on narrow window of Lincoln' story, this movie manages to dive deep into the unique American story of Lincoln.

Daniel Day Lewis was phenomenal and deserved to win the Oscar for his performance as Lincoln! Beautifully made with great acting all around. My favorite of any historical movie!

This movie makes you feel like you are present with Lincoln as he wrestles with the issues that reveal his strength of character. Real insights into what goes into the making of a legend.

I bought this to use in a class-like setting and it created discussions about the politics of the time, social and economic situations of the time. Excellent way to create curiosity.

Daniel Day-Lewis captures lincoln eloquently, Sally Field is perfectly annoying as his crazy wife, Joseph Gordon Levitt and Tommy Lee Jones are superb, and Spielberg is at his best.

Loved this movie! It put Lincoln in a whole new perspective, seeing his human side, alongside his political side. Sally fields did a wonderful job in her role as wife and supporter.

I loved this movie. There was so many historical facts that I was reminded of and some new ones I learned. I have always thought Lincoln was a president for the people and that was confirmed.

Daniel Day-Lewis is excellent as Abraham Lincoln. I was glued to the scene where he is with his Cabinet and was explaining why he wanted the amendment ending slavery passed.
