I've always heard great things about Line 6 products, and the various reviews online said that the M5 was a great stomp box. So I decided to purchase it. Unfortunately, don't believe everything you read. I plugged in the M5 with the included power supply and all I got on the screen was a strobe light of different colors. Nothing worked on the pedal, and I did some research and found out that this is a notorious problem. Finally I got it to work for about 10 minutes and then it shorted out and I got no sound or signal through the pedal. I also found out that this happens all the time. Long story short I'm returning this immediately for a refund. Don't waste your time and money with Line 6 products. This was extremely disappointing for a brand new product that states that everything was inspected and it's in working order. Bestbuy should stop carrying this product.

This pedal is a ton of fun and packs a lot. However, it shorts out All the time! Very frustrating to be playing and it just cuts off. I play at home and just noodle around so it's not a big deal for me but still frustrating. Going to send it back for repair.
