    I recieved this as a Christmas Gift and Have been nothing but happy with it. It is very easy to use, and the keys are as easy to use as a moblie phone. It is full of useful phrases. You will be amazed of how much they have already thought of to program into the translator.. This will help out in so many ways in my life ...Work, Travel, Interacting with people daily. It's Endless.. I would like the voice to be clearer. but You can still understand what it's saying with little to no problems.

    I hate it, the vocabulary is VERY limited and it has no articles needed for languages like French where each noun has a gender. It is virtually useless!! Don't get it unless you are going to the 5 countries and you need to know how to say "hi" "yes" or "no"
