This device is unmanaged which makes it easy for anyone to use. My computer, router, tv, and networked hard drives work wonderfully. It’s reliable and provides more than enough ports for home and even office solutions.

I had a 5 port Ethernet switch in my wiring cabinet, and wanted to replace it with one big enough to reach every Ethernet jack in my house (14 ports). The wiring cabinet was already small, so I needed the switch to be compact. The Linksys switch was among the smallest, and the fact that it didn't need an external AC adapter made it even more sweeter. I liked the metal case, because it will keep the switch electronics cooler in my wiring cabinet. I plugged the switch and cable modem into a small UPS power supply, rearranged the cables, and managed to close the cabinet door. Now I have a solid internet connection that stays on even when I lose power for a few minutes.

I have several of these Linksys switches. They've never let me down. They are truly plug and play. This 16-port one is expensive at the regular price, but it was nearly 50% off when I bought it, which made it a no-brainer.

Product works perfect for my home needs. I wish the mounting brackets offered a few more options (like wall mounting or ceiling mounting) but I was able to drill my own holes in the brackets to accommodate my needs.

I have been buying my clients Linksys products for years. Not only did this Switch increase the speed without upgrading the speed, but it's faster and opened a lot more options to add additional end users and printers.

This on replaced the 8 port model that I had. It is a little bigger in lenght then the 8 port, with the double row of ports, it works great for keeping all of the cable bundled nicely.

While remodeling my entire first floor, I worked connections to every room that I thought would need it. This item fit the bill. Easy to set up and install. Works great.

No complaints here. Switch works great as intended. I have it in my media rack and have about 13 plugs in it and it is working great.

My 8-port switch was down to 6 that were working and with the need for a new NAS drive, I opted to upgrade. Installation was plug-and-play (actually plug-and-plug-and-plug-and-plug-and-plug-and-plug-and-plug-and-plug-and-play). It comes with brackets for rack-mounting if needed. No software, no configuration,... it just works out of the box!

The speed is super fast. Setup is easy. No hassle so far.

Recommended by store associate. We returned for a better product. I suggest you look elsewhere.
