Bought this, because my Uverse wireless is weak and my notebook was always dropping off. Got this router, hooked it up, and it was working already....despite NOT having loaded any software...which apparently you need to program in more elegant features. Our tablet shows great signal strength in the whole house (2000 sq ft) on both 2.4 and 5 gig bands. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade to my Uverse and guess what...you do NOT need to disble the Uverse wireless....they both coexist quite happily. So the install is risk free if you are timid and not sure what to do.

I'm on a 1/2 acre lot and it covers all of it with ease. Makes a big difference from a standard wifi router. Well worth the money and easy to install!

Easy set-up. Does a very good job reaching out over all my house considering it is in a corner room. The internet seems to connect easier and quicker.

I am very pleased with this router, but the factory settings make it perform poorly. Once configured properly it works great. I like all the options available.

I can tell the speed difference between my old router and this one. I love the features on the linksys. Having a visitors wifi option is GREAT!

We were having problems with out old wireless router dropping out. Since we installed this one we have had no issues and there is no where in our house that we do not have solid signal.

I went from using an all in one router and modem to using this as the router. The antennas are much stronger and the software built into the router is pretty robust. If you have 5ghz devices but don't have a 5ghz router, this is a must.

My old linksys broke and went to bestbuy for a new one. I picked up this router but sales rep recommanded me netgear tri band. But I never had any problems with linksys so I picked up this one and glad I did. Fast easy to install and set up.

I was iffy when choosing a router as I wanted a high strength machine while paying a minimal amount. So far this machine was worked very well for the type of wifi service I require!

Replaced an older failed router, immediately noticed a performance boost. Get a great signal on all our devices throughout the house.

It fired up and worked well. covers the whole house and no dead spots found yet. my only wish is that it had an 8 port switch instead of 4. lots of things today are still plug in only, and roku still performs better with cat5

300mbs connection and anywhere from 6-8 devices going on at once throughout the house, this router fits our needs. Good signal and wifi.

I bought this for my brother but sadly it didn't work because he needed a telephone line to use it. I had no problems other than that.

This is a great router, as are most Linksys products (in my experience). The range is good and setup was pretty simple.

I wanted a fast router that would reach upstairs in my house. This one does.

Great router using router in church setting so needed good signal at a distance with multiple users working quite well we are pleased with router and price.

This router has antennae you can manipulate. Has USB connections, also. I have connected my WD My Book and share it with all my pcs on my home network Works great.

I had 2 old linksys and starting have trouble. No wi-fi /. Went to best buy and they suggested this product based on what i told them. the next one up was more then i needed. works great. Glad we brought it

It was easy to install. At this time the 2.4g side works real good but, the range on the 5g side is terrible. Still playing with it. will see in time how it works,
