We thank you for your time in posting this product review. There are different factors that would affect the wireless performance of the device. It is recommended that you place your router on the uppermost floor, and high up in the room. Try changing the wireless channel of your router to 1, 6 or 11 for 2.4 GHz and for 5 GHz change it to 36,40, 44 or 48. • Make sure that you have a stable connection to your modem.
• Position the router away from windows, thick walls, and move it to the floor where you're most likely to use Wi-Fi.
• Adjust the router’s wireless channel to avoid possible interference in your network. Use the Wi-Fi analyzer app. It helps you to find a less crowded channel for your wireless router.
• Update or re-flash the firmware.
