We thank you for your time in posting this product review. There are different factors that would affect the wireless performance of the device. It is recommended that you place your router on the uppermost floor, and high up in the room. Try changing the wireless channel of your router to 1, 6 or 11 for 2.4 GHz and for 5 GHz change it to 36,40, 44 or 48.
