Thanks to Linksys Friends & Family. Setup was fairly easy. Having setup several routers I foresaw no problems and had none. Enclosed with the EA7300 was one piece of paper termed Quick Start Guide which contains a couple pictures and essential data such as password for setup and wireless password. That's quick. For those that wish more information Linksys has a HELP page that is fairly extensive which is accessed from the web interface. Decent Size, not too small, not too large. Great range, does not need constant reboots, handles many devices. This is setup as my primary router in a two story house.. Overall great buy and a nice piece of internet equipment This item has a very sturdy construction. The antennas are not removable, unit weighs about 1.5 pounds Antennas can be moved in different positions. I am extremely happy with this unit. Gives you access to the newest technologies at an affordable price Works great and handles my home needs. Easy to set up and has a lot of abilities to keep you up and running for a long long time. Definite good BEST BUY.

I received the Linksys Max Stream Router free for an honest opinion of the product. I have no idea why I was picked, but I was having router "issues" so I was game to try. My wife was panicked because me and electronics do not always mix well. To avoid being embarrassed, I waited to install the unit until I knew she would be gone for hours. 15 minutes later I was up and running. I even set the system up with the previous router's user name and password. She never knew I had completed the job until she started watching TV on our streaming devise. She was amazed at the speed in which her favorite channel came up. Even after hours of "binge" watching (don't judge) we were never interrupted by the whirling arrow that used to be our constant TV companion. This was true even when 3 other devises were being used. Thank you Linksys.

Went in, saw it on sale and got some second opinions from the staff and overall, it is a great product. Couldn't be more happier with the speeds and reliability. Haven't had any issues with it and set up is a breeze! Highly recommend

I am very happy with the router. It did replace one that was several years old, so the improved performance has a lot to do with that. I had been using an extender to get better coverage in my house, but the extender frequently would drop internet. With this new router, I don't need the extender at all! Installation was very easy, but with the booklet it is also very generic. That is why I contacted Linksys. I was having trouble with the performance of a streaming app, which suggested changing settings on the router. I started a chat session with Linksys and got a service person right away. They were very knowledgeable and ready to help. The technician walked me through a couple of advanced settings and the problem is now resolved.

This router works really good for multiple devices. Hasn’t let me down yet.

Setup is simple. There are wizards for everything which makes this suitable for everyone but my mother. Handled 3 Roku streams at 1080p with out issue (I have nothing 4K yet). And lastly, the phone app/web parental controls are fantastically easy yet complete. You can make a schedule for every device in the house to enforce "screen time" with out argument. At 9pm the tablets and Roku shut off, at 10pm the computers (not mine ;)) shut off leaving plenty of time for homework. If extra time is needed for homework or someone is home sick, manual overrides via the app (read as - my cell phone) are simple. In short, this product ended all wireless related arguments with my teen aged boy. I am no longer the enforcer for wireless screen time, it's automatic and can't be argued with.

I received this router free from Linksys in exchange for an unbiased review. I was able to set this up very quickly and easily with the browser based install page. It was much easier than the TPlink Archer C5 it replaced. No need to connect a PC directly to router to configure the set up as in the past. Coverage seems good in my 1800 sq. ft. cape cod. The 5ghz band seems to have slightly better coverage than my old router. Guest network requires a sign in page that has been hit or miss in letting people on. No resets yet, no complaints from gaming teenagers, but its only been a week. Time will tell. I'll update my review if anything changes for the worse, but as of now there seems to be a slight performance improvement over the tp link router it replaced.

I had an old router, and new wifi of 100mbps. I was getting nothing out of it, my phone and laptop were like they were on dialup. Did a speed test, and I was getting 4mbps. My boyfriend called his dad, a networking admin for the state, and he ruled that it had to be our router. We went and got this, and set it up. Ran the speed test and I was getting over 120 mbps. I couldn't be more happy with this router. We watch Netflix off of the ps3 while I'm writing a research paper and he's playing World of Warcraft seamlessly. If you feel as if you night not get your money's worth or if this might be expensive for a router, take the plunge. It pays itself off and makes the wifi you pay monthly for worth it.

I received a free Wireless-AC1750 from Linksys in exchange for my honest feedback. Prior to set-up I tested the range and speed of my previous router. I live in a 70 ft long ranch with the cable modem and router in the back corner of the house. Both routers were tested connected to 3 computers, a 4k TV, an Amazon Dot and 2 wifi printers. Set-up was easy. The download speed is a little more than two times faster than my old router( 47 vs. 22 mbps). Upload speed was at the max for my plan (23 mbps) for both routers. There no noticeable decrease in speed until I reached farthest point of the house (16 mbps down and 19 mbps up), whereas the old router dropped to 6 mbps down and 10 mbps up in the middle of the house.

Had to upgrade my old router as it could not handle the load that we were putting into it. Have several devices connected and an elder and two kids that are constantly streaming, so I had to upgrade to something that could handle this kind of load. Also the range on my old router would leave me with very slow internet where I needed it the most. Read reviews online regarding this router and saw it on special as well. I am glad I got it, all of my streaming problems are gone now and my signal has increased dramatically. I can watch netflix on my smart tv with no signal drop, as well as play online games with no lag. Overall very happy with this router and have not had any problems with range and speed.

I have always used linksys products and I always liked them and this product just confirmed my trust. The instructions are easy to follow to set up this router. The signal on this one is clearly stronger than many others I have used in fact it is the strongest for all routers I have used previously. I used it to connect to my very high speed internet on many products like my iPhone my laptop and my very expensive TV (5000$ TV) and it is amazing to see the difference on all the apps I use on my TV. I have a previous Linksys EA4500 dual-band router which was simple to hook up and has always worked like a charm. This EA7300 router was a free sample from Linksys in exchange for my honest feedback, and this IS honest. This EA7300 router was just as easy to set up and so far works just as well, if not better - good range, fast speed and I run numerous wi-fi devices at the same time - 2 laptops, 2 Kindles, 2 smart phones, smart plugs, streaming from smart TV's and it keeps up. A feature I especially like is the Linksys Smart Wi-Fi account to control all the devices and turn off and on guest access, although it took some time getting used to. I would recommend Linksys routers to anyone.

Had this up and going in 10 minutes including setting device priorities. Replaced 2 year old dual band Netgear. 3x as fast based on specs. Seems faster. Don’t peel the assembly tape. I did and it voided my warranty. Thankfully it works. Good network views and a built in guest network.

I purchase the router after reading reveiws onit and found it to be a awesome router.It has increased my range and speed. It was easy to set up.I would recommend it in a heart beat !!!!!

I installed this a few days ago, will give it 5 stars after some time if it's still fine. The on line set up is intuitive and easy, the wifi covers my small house well (1800 sf plus garage), unlike some units this accommodates four Ethernet plugs, it includes guest networks automatically set up, and I've detected not the slightest problem. I was lucky to encounter a Best Buy salesperson who knew his stuff, and steered me to this model for my needs (more expensive models are for gamers or more intense users, and have bells and whistles for what you can control that I don't need). I did not know that the wireless card on my new (!) Dell PC can only use the 2.4Ghz band, but all my other devices use the 5GHz, I'm getting fine performance on the PC so far at 2.4, but still might upgrade the card.

before i got this unit, i am using motorola SBG6580 which the wireless feature is not very reliable . i used to reboot like 3-4 times a week for me to get internet connection with my wireless device. i am also using a repeater downstairs. i currently have 12 wireless devices. then, i got this free product sample from Bestbuy. i connected it to my Motorola SBG6580 through its LAN port. this is where this brand excel because of its easy to setup through its GUI on the web browser. they make it so easy to setup that even the non technical minded people can setup this up in few minutes. i've been using this unit for 2 weeks now, i haven't got any issues with my wireless connections. the signal strength was powerful enough without repeater. i recommend this product for a small household use like less than 12 hosts.

Very good experience with this router so far. I was previously using an Apple Airport Express and speed was mediocre and even in my small apartment I didn't get good signal everywhere. The Linksys ac1750 is a huge upgrade for speed and range. On the 5 Ghz band I'm averaging between 55-60 Mbps vs 10-15 on my old one. As far as range, I can be about 20 ft outside of my apartment, probably almost 100 ft away from the router total, and load 1080p YouTube videos with no buffering. I've also had two MacBooks and an iPad all streaming video at the same time with no problems. Would definitely recommend if you want to upgrade from an older or lower end router.

This router took minutes to set up and it was super easy. We had smooth wifi up and running quickly. There is a Linksys home page associated with the router which is user friendly and has easy to identify settings (parental controls, number of devices using the wifi, the ability to connect with 2 different wavelengths depending on your needs, etc). We have a 2,000 square foot home and our previous router did not sufficiently reach all corners of our home (so annoying at times). This Linksys model reaches every square foot of our home with ease. We could not be more pleased. We received a free sample from Linksys in exchange for our honest feedback.

This device is very easy to set up and manage, and has very good speed and range. I'm finally getting the 300Mbps i pay for to my cell phone. It's wonderful. Cat gifs load so fast!
