Okay...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works but devices keep dropping one network and picking up the other, so the connections are consistently interupted. I'm sure there is a fix, I haven't looked hard enough yet.

Posted .Hi, Kayla,
You should experience a stable wireless connection once the router is setup. Since all of your devices are affected, try adjusting the wireless channel of the router through its web-based interface. Please also email us at [email protected] along with your phone number and the link to this post so we can have you assisted by our Escalation Engineers.

Returning after a couple hours
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased to replace 4 year old Linksys N750. Wanted better router as mostly what I do is stream MLB. Hook up was easy but while watching a game froze on me 3 or 4 times. Had to unplug router and let it reset. Finally just hooked up old router so I could finish watching the game. New router back in the box and going back to store.

Constant Resets Needed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After installing it on a Monday night everything was working great. Woke up Tuesday morning and had no internet service. I ended up having to reset it all day Tuesday anytime I wanted to use it. Same thing happened on Wednesday so I called tech support. I spent an hour on the phone with a support agent who was very nice, but her accent was so strong, I couldn't understand her. After the hour she assured me, the problem was fixed, but if I had anymore problems to call back. The next time I tried to use it, I could go online, but I couldn't access the router itself, then the original problems started again. I had to reset it anytime I wanted to use it. On top of all that, it completely knocked out my printer so bad I couldn't even get it to function by hardwiring it. Finally took it back to the store (I didn't feel like spending another hour on the phone) and got a refund, but I still had to uninstall and reinstall my printer software before I could get the printer working.

Underwhelmed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded from a 7 year old linksys wrt320n that has served us well for years. I just needed to reach some dead spots in our house but nothing serious. Since it has been 7 years I was hoping for some significant quality improvements. Boy, was I disappointed. It constantly dropped signal and we would lose our signal right in the middle of work. Noticeable decrease in streaming quality too. Tech support can't do anything I hadn't already tried: firmware check, reboot, factory reset. Very disappointed Linksys.

Posted .Hi, tallz,
Your EA7300 router should work longer than what you have described. Aside from checking your modem's connectivity, we will have to reconfigure your router and optimize the settings to improve its performance. Send us your contact details and the link to this review at [email protected]. Our Escalation Engineers will take care of this.

Buggy Software
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When it works, this router is really good. However, when trying to customize the settings, the access software routinely crashes, preventing further access without resetting. For a typical user, this is not a problem, since you just reset. For someone who customizes the settings, that means every time this happens you have to reset, and in my case, spend another couple hours setting things up and also resetting numerous devices that stop working because they lost the router connection.

Posted .Hi, Sam6string,
Customizing the settings doesn't require a reset. Since you are experiencing challenges when modifying the router settings, make sure that it has an updated firmware and try using another browser or phone to isolate this.

Bad router
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This router drops out at LEAST 3 times a week and everything has to be reset. My 35.00 router NEVER dropped the signal but I wanted a faster router. Bought this. Worst.router.ever.
