I didn't realize my older Linksys router was so out of date. Something we should all keep an eye on. With the upgrade to the Linksys- Max Stream Ac 1750 my signal strength improved dramatically. My speed across all devices was also increased. This router is capable of handling up to 10 devices. I have 8. Also no more signal loss when moving through out the home. My home is approx. 2000 sq. ft. and this router is not centrally located. It's at one end of the home. Set up was easy enough and didn't take but about 15 minutes. Great router to buy.

This router replaced my AC1200 router and significantly exhibited better range. The dual band frequency, guest access, and mimo technology are great features this device provides. The router is situated on the second floor of my 3 story townhouse and the 2.4ghz frequency is accessible throughout the house. There is some reduction in connectivity levels, but I still get a transfer rate of 30 to 70 mbps. The 5.0ghz frequency dissipates significantly on the 3rd floor, but this is somewhat expected, hence I use this frequency for the media systems only close to the router.

I have had 2 Linksys routers in the past and I have always been happy with their performance. When my prior router needed replacing we bought another brand and were very unhappy with it. It required someone with more technical knowledge than I have. We returned it and decided to go back to the Linksys brand. We are VERY HAPPY that we did. This one was much easier to install, did NOT require opening web accounts that we did not want, and the range of this product is EXCELLENT. I will never let anyone convince me to buy any other brand of router in the future.

First time buying my own WiFi router and should have done this years ago to avoid paying Time Warner a rental fee! Works great in my 2-story home. Six devices are connected simultaneously with no issues. I highly recommend this.

After doing my homework online, I selected this router to replace my 10+ year old Linksys product that completed a firmware update and then became inoperable. Dual band allows newer products to utilize the 5Ghz band although difference in performance appears minimal in my experience. Easy to access router administration via the smartphone app available. Device prioritization is an option fo up to three devices. Coverage is very good throughout both floors of my home. Coverage extends to property boundaires on my larger than average lot. Some set-up and initial registration processes were not as easy as promised.

I bought this router because i have a family of 4 and many devices that use wifi. This is the perfect router for that right now we have 12 devices running on it mostly 5 at anygiven time and it just flat out works! Never drops a signal and is great even with my 4k tv i dont burn through the bandwith very reliable. And if you have kids or teens like me i love the fact that i can set up times for my wifi to turn off to only there devices keeping the parents in controle over there kids usage! Also solid price point!

My old router kept disconnecting. Went to Best Buy in West DesMoines. The sales person was very helpful and answered all my questions. My router works great. Has good range and doesn't disconnect. Fairly easy setup.

This was easy to setup, just don't turn off the 2.5 GH wifi if you have a desk top.
The setup to only 5-10 minutes and for a single person with about 12 devices seems to be working great.

Great product, it doesn’t give much of any issues. Easy to set up and customize. Normally game on my Xbox 1 (Ethernet cable); and use WiFi for my IPhone, IPad, and computer. Destiny and other multiplayer online games run without issues.

I got this WiFi router from BestBuy as a substitute for the WiFi router provided by Verizon. Verizon charges monthly $12 as a rent for their WiFi device. I got this great product at a much lower price at Best Buy and using this as the main router for my home internet connection. It is fast, easy to configure and reliable so far. I would recommend it for purchase.

MAX-STREAM AC1750. GREAT ROUTER

Great router for small house,(may be even for a medium house too) I live in a small house but when I go far from router my devices get trouble getting the signal, but once the got it I can surf the web without interruptions,,,I tried with 7 devices simultaneously(surfing the web, streaming videos, etc) and it worked very good,, I've been using it for a few days and so far no complaint,, easy to setup as 1,2,3,, instructions easy to follow and understand.
I have to be honest, I got a free sample of this router from Linksys, but I have also, to be honest on saying, THAT DOESN'T HAVE ANY EFFECT ON MY REVIEW,, this is a great router!!!!

My previous router was also a Linksys and it served me well for many years. Unfortunately, it was not designed to handle the higher speeds and number of devices I require today. I did quite a bit of research before choosing the AC1750. The price was good for the features it offers. I've had it for several months now and it has worked flawlessly. It was easy to install and has done everything I needed it to do.

After more than 10 years with my last router, it finally died on me. Bought this as a replacement and I almost got carried away and bought a really expensive one, but I decided to try this one out and it's great. Setup was a breeze with the Android app and I've had zero problems with signal strength and range, keep in mind my house is not very big (2 bedrooms).

I purchased this router about 6 months ago as an alternative to using my service provider’s. I am thoroughly impressed with the performance of this router and it’s features. It is more than capable of running multiple devices streaming and surfing at the same time. One of the features that is very beneficial is the guest network and the option to turn it on or off. This features is very beneficial for having guests over, allowing them to have a way to connect their devices to the internet while not taking away online performance from your own devices.

Have always purchased Linksys routers because of great quality. This was no exception. The install was quick and easy, as expected, just connect internet and then configure through the computer using a browser or. . new to me, using the phone app. Very useful, was able to setup DMZ, guest access, and new to me, one can prioritize the streaming to up to five devices. The only thing I don't like is that you have to be familiar with the "real name" of those devices, as the linksys app doesn't tell you whether it is an alexa or a Philips hue hub, etc. You can also schedule restrictions or access to the Internet by device (useful if you have children or guests). What I don't like is the form factor, the antennas (3 of them) are very thick and big, so it isn't easy to conceal. If you want to have it in your office, it isn't a big deal, but like me, I have it in the center of the house (for more coverage) and it is difficult to hide. For the price it is great, although now I am thinking that I should have committed more $$ and purchased the next generation of Linksys Velop, it is $300 more but I believe for a larger home and more confirmed coverage. . . it is worth it. This one is working as expected and worth every penny.

It was easy to setup and has performed flawlessly--I only wish I had bought it earlier. My TV doesn't buffer anymore! Very nice device.
