I bought this back in 2019 when it was on sale. Reviews were good and my daughter needed a decent router at her house for school work. I have discovered that it has much better range than I expected. I recently installed some outdoor Wi-Fi security cameras at her house and never dreamed this router would have the range for a camera way out in the backyard at the shed. Works great even with a slow internet speed. Very pleased. I don’t recall how difficult setup was because we had the folks from the phone company set it up when they turned on the Internet service. I am thinking about dumping the “other brand” router at my own house and buying another one of these Linksys AC1750 routers.

This was extremely easy to set up, and I'm very impressed with the speed I'm getting from the router. It had been about 5 years with my older router, and this was a GREAT purchase. Very happy with the performance so far. I highly recommend this product.

We bought this router unexpectedly and hurriedly because we needed dedicated 2.4 and 5 Ghz WiFi channels for our Smart Home, and the router supplied by our internet provider could not do so. This router does provide that option. We place pretty high demands on out router. We have up to 40 devices hooked up to the WiFi at any given time, including a robot vacuum, Echo's in each room, smart plugs and light bulbs in several rooms, and the usual smart phones, tablets, computers, TVs, and a printer. Somewhat to our surprise, this router has been able to handle that load without any hiccups. It was easy to set up, the range is enough to reach everywhere in our 2 story 3 bedroom house, and it has been very reliable. It has exceeded our expectations.

The set-up was easy and the Wi-fi is stronger with this router compared to the router provided by the Cable-WiFi provider. The Wi-Fi works a good distance which is especially important with this being a mountaneous location.

My old Linksys router died on me, & I decided to go with this upgraded one. So far, everything about it is better. Longer range, faster downloads, & better streaming. Looking forward to many more years with this new router!

Previously used ASUS routers for the past 5 years, and before then had used Linksys when the web interface with their EAxxxx models were very slow with response. This is my first attempt to return to Linksys after many years away from it, and I am very impressed. The speed is really good and stable. Improved web UI and better than ASUS routers.

First off, I have experience setting up networks. At home I have 1 gigabit internet and a 2 story 1400 square foot house. At any time I might have 10 devices connected at the same time. One of the devices being a 4K TV that I stream video to. This router is easy to setup and it has plenty of features. I've had it for 2 months and I've never had to reset the router and I've never had connection issues. My previous router was a Linksys that I had for over 2 years and I never had to reset it. Not even once. Before that I had other brands that I always had to reset every once in a while so I know how much of a pain it can be. You don't need to know much about networking to have this setup but if you do then you can tweak the settings to optimize it for better performance for your home network.

Much improved range from the previous version. Easy set-up.

This is a replacement for a 2010 model year, 2 Chanel Netgear 600. This new router is a huge improvement and keeps 3 iPhones, a laptop, Roku3, and 2 tablets on the internet with out dripping any of them while maintaining quick uploads and down loads. We have a 1300sqft home and we get all bars all the time everywhere in the home. We can even stay connected to our wifi even out in the middle of the street. The old unit would drop you as soon as you stepped outside. This unit is an entry level unit and suitable for homes smaller than 2000sqft. It allows our family to stay connected when in the backyard, out front in our vehicles. The 1.7Gbps is enough speed to eliminate nearly all buffering and we use Cox's low end high speed internet (10-15Mbps).

Bought this router to replace a wonky Portal router that I just got fed up with. This thing is fast, easy to set up and super stable -- range is excellent, too. Very happy with this purchase.

This router will get you the speeds you are paying for! 1000sq ft apartment, 5ghz at the farthest room with full signal. Easy to set up. Looks really nice. Ran 20 MB/s on steam over the 5ghz two walls away!
