Good choice for most
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was having trouble with my laptop being slow when loading pages and with a weak signal in parts of the house farther from the router. This new router took care of those problems. It was easy to set up. I had it running in 30 minutes. I just had to put the new router on all our devices-that took longer!!

This is the best Linksys router I've used
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used Netgear, Linksys and Asus routers.....and I was starting to get skeptical with Linksys in particular since I kept having to restart the old router in my parents' house. Even the new one that I had gotten about 5 years ago had lots of issues, but I could still control it remotely which was a great feature. This one had the best reviews in the price range that I was looking at and I'm glad I close it. It is lightning fast, very responsive and never goes out (unless the internet itself is the issue). So far, this router has worked amazing for me and hasn't frozen or had any issues. Either Linksys stepped up their game OR you just have to spend a bit more and get their higher line of products.

Great Router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This router is easy to setup and my internet is now faster. One thing though is it's larger in size than my old one so had to find another place for it. So far, so good.....no complaints!

Great router for my old two-story house
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was having issues with my signal in my 1,600 sq ft home built in the 1920's. My old router downstairs could not get good signal to rooms upstairs. This router does the trick, strong signal throughout my house. Router is great for 4k video as well. Very happy with this purchase so far.

Fair Value- Reasonable Performance
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's not always cost effective to get the "Latest and Greatest" when it comes to routers and Wi-Fi. I have been ok with buying a "near" generation to the "Latest and Greatest"- when the prices start to fall. A router's speed can not be optimized without the service being fast. But with my purchase (this time) the range and signal strength were most important. And this product performs just fine. I have always been happy with the Linksys products. The open source firmware has gotten me more run time in the past- thanks to some help from a friend. Setting them up has just gotten easier and easier over the years. This is a good product in my opinion.

No drops
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was having issues with my ISP modem all the time for 2 different providers, kept getting latency. Got this for logs of browsing and better connectivity. It has been good. Drops are at a minimum, maybe every other month. This is a good product. Handles all of my house well, probably 8 devices connected. I have 1Gb a sec, that might help but still, good product. Wish the logs feature was in the app and not just the browser version though. Browser version has its issues here and there with accessing it.

Overall easy to set up and use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set up over WiFi, no need to use a hard wired laptop. Have to play around with the web site to get it going, but not too tricky. A few of my devices wouldn’t connect right away, but did eventually. Decent range, better than my 10 year old cheapy, but still nothing great as far as range goes. Overall happy with purchase.

Worked great from the start
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was a very easy router to set up. The prompts walked me right through the set up without a problem. It is continuing to work well without any failure The cost of the router was an average price, but worth it to have an easy and effective internet set up.

Good for normal household needs.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have had this router for about a month and so far it has been working well. We have 10 devices and the coverage and speed are better than our old one. The one issue is that it takes a lot of space.

Linksys AC 1750 Router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Checked the reviews on the routers at Best Buy and a few other stores and prices and Best Buy has the best deals and chose this router it gets the job done works well was easy to set up and can even sit on my back patio and still get 3 bars but let me say one thing if you have blast internet like I do with Comcast I am suppose to get 60mpbs don't think you will get 150 or so with any router unless you order it but I did a few speed test and did get 90mpb more than Comcast allows with my blast but this is a heck of a router and does more than I need thanks Best buy

Perfect for less than tech savy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My Linksy router of 15 years finally died. So of course I wanted another one. However I put off buying one until mine did die. I put it off because let’s face it anytime the internet is involved and equipment is needed then it seems you need a PHD to set it up. I mean why would I intentionally subject myself to that insanity. But...I was forced to because the whole world was going to fall apart without internet and Netflix and Xbox live and the TV in the bedrooms. It was almost as if the apocalypse hit. My son was “what’s next Mom? Zombies?” So I hopped on Best Buy’s website from my phone (thank goodness for unlimited data) and found this Linksy router and purchased it and picked it up when I got off work. I got home expecting it to take hours to install but nope. The instructions were easy to follow and within 30 minutes we had WiFi once again. Apocalypse averted. Plus the ease of this wonderful model to change passwords and use parental controls and even set up guest passwords is so simple and easy to do for this less than techie person. So I took my victory lap around my living room and then started surfing the net on wiFi because I could.

Reliable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was having problems with my netgear dropping multiple times a day which was extremely frustrating. I have never used Linksys. I will use this brand from now on. Easy to install and have not had one time where it dropped since.
